It was a true pleasure working with Big Mann BBQ. He was so kind and worked in our budget. His staff were the kindest folks I've ever worked with too!

WOW! to start, he had a wide variety of options to choose from and had most of them at the tasting. They were all delicious!

secondly, extremely flexible during the several date changes during the Chinese Virus BS and was accommodating when we asked to add a couple other appetizers

fantastic job of providing all those things that are easily forgotten during a big event, he brought all the things from serviceware to linens, coffee, lemonades and water. items for the bartender, cake cutting utensils, he had it all. Service was on time, courteous and professional,he served the champagne and wedding cake and even provided clean up. The food was tasty and plentiful, exactly as advertised

I wouldn't have changed a single thing

Reserving the day and deciding on the menu was fine. I was sure everything would go well. First he was late to have our food ready for the time we set. It was over an hour late from what we wanted. I thought everything was fine until I served myself. The tri tip was raw inside not rare but raw. I could not even cut it because it was so tough. Then the complaints started coming in about chicken not being cooked all the way and cold food. The promised drinks he said came with the meal were a 52oz. Container of lemonade, quarter bottle of ice tea and gallon of water. We thought he would have nice decanters of the drinks. Next came complaints of being rude to our guests. He questioned two women of already being served and being in line again. They had served our 105 year old Mother who the party was for and her 94 year old sister who is in a wheelchair. He had plenty of food even if they had been in line twice. We paid what was expected and even tipped him but one thing I would never do is recommend him to anyone again or ever use him again. I really expected more from this caterer.

My husband and I were married September 2022 and we're still disappointed in the service. After many, many conversations going over what we thought was our dream catering, paying deposits, and setting menus, the actual catering fell incredibly short. The caterer was late by almost two hours, delaying our timeline dramatically and causing us to switch around parts.

He did not plan appropriately for feeding all of our guests we had paid for, and the quality wasn't great. There wasn't enough food for our vegan and vegetarian guests that I had given a clear headcount for. Portions were tiny and we felt lied to from what was promised. My husband and I and our families were literally served raw chicken. We didn't get to eat on our wedding day. My family ended up grabbing lunch leftovers from our getting ready food.

Caterer refused to meet us during the event. He took off early and didn't do any clean up or bussing as agreed. My coordinator stayed way later to bus and clean up! Caterer was extremely rude to my coordinator and other venue staff. After discussing everything afterwards, caterer was rude and has zero empathy or apologies. We were not refunded anything.

If you want good food, good protions, kind service, and honesty, don't use Big Mann BBQ.
