I was so happy to find Dining under the starrs with Lilly and Brian. Originally, I was working with another Caterer and it fell through. So with less than a year until my wedding, we were scrambling trying to find the perfect caterer and if you know anything about planning a wedding, when it's less than a year away it is crunch time! Many of the caterers were booked up, but I was BLESSED to have found DUTS.
From the beginning they were so professional, so responsive, so helpful, and incredibly flexible. We organized a tasting and it was such a treat, it was difficult to choose from the items they cooked for us. Ultimately we chose chicken and waffles, and stuffed mushrooms as appetizers. For the mains, we got a garden salad, saffron rice, chimichurri steak, and honey glazed salmon. Mmmmmm! I can still taste them now.
Our guests were ranting and raving about the dishes. And not only did they taste delicious, Lilly and Brian really helped bring my vision to life of having a colorful plate. The garden salad was vibrant with radishes, carrots, tomatoes, etc. The saffron rice was bright yellow. It was truly a beautiful plate.
Of course the food did not disappoint. But a bonus was that Lilly and Brian are just such awesome people. They bring good vibes, are focused, truly no stress folks. They also expressed their gratitude for being able to provide the meal for us on our special day, which was so sweet to hear! Their gratitude was contagious, they truly are such genuine people. And their staff was stellar too!
Throughout the whole time working with DUTS, from beginning to end, it was seamless. I couldn't be happier to have chosen them for our special day.

Choosing wedding vendors can be tough and I relied heavily on reviews to do so. Luckily, Dining Under the Starrs already had so many positive reviews, it was an easy decision. I ended up hiring them because of those reviews and because I liked that they were a husband and wife team. One of the BEST decisions we made! Not only is their food so delicious (rave reviews from everyone who attended) but Lily and Brian are just awesome people who we enjoyed getting to know and were happy to have be with us on our wedding day! They are kind, communicative, and fun, plus their food is just fantastic! After our tasting we surprised ourselves with our final menu choices because of how good the food was. The tasting was one of my favorite experiences because we got to hang out with Brian and Lily in an intimate setting and they made the whole experience so special. The day of the wedding, everything went off without a hitch and we got so many compliments on the meal. Couldn't be happier with Dining Under the Starrs and I hope you choose them too! You won't be disappointed.

Lilly and her team were amazing to work with! Extremely professional, highly responsive and they made amazing food. They even worked with us to customize a menu item. We enjoyed working with her and would recommend them to anyone in need of food for an event!

Brian and Lilly were an absolute dream to work with. They made our tasting feel so special and intimate, we moved forward with them immediately. The food for our wedding was cooked perfectly and they really listened to some of the changes we made after our tasting. Brian even brought us our cake to try afterward to make sure we tried some during the wedding! You can't go wrong working with this catering team and also Lilly and Brian are the sweetest couple. It turned out to be truly amazing and such a wonderful day. We loved how communicative they were when a problem arose and always helped us find a solution. They were super on top of it and very helpful / hands on all day. Everyone from the servers to the bartenders were the hardest workers and truly the best to work with!

We had originally planned a 70-person wedding and were going to have the catering done by DUTS for that event. However, due to the resurgence in COVID cases, we cancelled and decided to have a microwedding instead. Lilly was very responsive and accommodating to our change in plans and she worked with us to coordinate the private chef option. We had a beautiful evening with DUTS cooking us a private meal and providing service during the meal. Lilly and Brian were amazing during the entire event. They are extremely kind, caring and professional. And the food was DELICIOUS! Thank you so much for helping to make our day special!

Many versions of the unexpected led to some last minute plans for our event. I am so thrilled that Dining Under the Starrs happened to have availability because they created an experience that we and our guests will never forget!
First, the food was INCREDIBLE!! We were hesitant to choose buffet service, but so glad we did. They made it a priority to get the party eating together and that they did! I am sure that the venue offered less than ideal circumstances but you would never know with how perfectly the dinner turned out. Our guests are STILL talking about it!
As if the 5-star dinner was not enough, the staff were so pleasant to work with and watching them was like witnessing a professionally orchestrated symphony.
The only thing I would do differently is reach out to them sooner. Rentals can be provided and they have great ideas for organizing the event. I had already started a rentals agreement with another company and just made it unnecessarily difficult on myself. Next time I will definitely let Dining under the Starrs do what they clearly do best..
We will absolutely be reaching out to them again for future events and HIGHLY recommend them for yours as well!

Lilly and Brian were amazing through every step of the wedding planning process. They offered great advice, coordinated the layout and rentals, and really made the whole event come together seamlessly so that on the day I knew that it would be great. They are way more than just great caterers. They got to know us and made sure that every detail of our wedding was right. Everything they do is both delicious and beautiful. Plus it was fun to work with a husband and wife team in planning our wedding!

My daughters wedding was Saturday and I cannot say enough about the food. Filet mignon and sea bass was delicious. Best food at a wedding I’ve ever attended. The staff was wonderful. Brian and Lllly are two of the nicest people. Everything was perfect.
