The moment I saw my gown in store, I knew it was the dress for me. It fit me perfectly and I only needed to alter the length. It was so comfortable that I ended up wearing my dress from noon until midnight and never once thought to take it off. Love love love it and wish I could wear it again!

I found my dress the second time I visited BHLDN at their Westport, CT location. The team there was very attentive and a joy to work with, which definitely made the experience all the more memorable. My dress was easy to move around in on the day, and I felt so great wearing it! My bridesmaids all wore BHLDN dresses as well, in different shades of grays and blues. It all looked so lovely together! I highly recommend choosing BHLDN.

My husband and I were on a time crunch since we were planning our wedding in 3-4 months. All the dress shops I had visited told me the earliest any dress would be delivered would be 3 months the earliest... which clearly was not going to work with my time schedule. Since I made my appointment last minute and it being on a Monday, none of my friends or family were available to go with me. So I drove to and from KY to Chicago by myself. A little nervous to go by myself, I entered the store and my wedding dress consultant, Kaylen. introduced herself with a big smile on her face which instantly made me feel more relaxed. Kaylen seriously made my experience so fun and relaxing!! The dress was literally perfect!! 6 months after our wedding and people STILL tell me how simple, elegant, and beautiful the dress was and how it was the perfect dress for me. I could not agree more!! Great quality for an above average dress!!!

I was so excited to visit BHLDN after other unsuccessful salon visits. Already a shopper at Anthropologie, I knew I was walking into a salon that was more my style and including non traditional wedding dresses. I was looking for something that was more slim fitting, romantic, and not a huge ball gown. While booking the appointment online, you are asked to select up to 6-7 dresses that you liked that you've viewed on their site. When arriving, those selected dresses are there waiting for you, and then the stylist (mine was Olivia, who was so warm and pleasant) walks you through the store and pulls any other dresses that catch your eye to try on. I pulled a wild card dress that was not originally on my list and it ended up being THE dress! The space itself is so beautiful and calm. You have a large changing room and there are individual areas for each bride and her guests. I am so happy I had the opportunity to visit BHLDN and find my dress.

When I first started calling bridal salons in Connecticut, I was disheartened to find that most starting prices for dresses were far above my $600 dress budget. Then I found BHLDN! I saw a dress on their website on sale for $400, made an appointment to try it on in Westport, and had such a great experience. When I arrived, my stylist, Sammy, asked me if I wanted anything to drink and asked me what I was looking for. After I told her, she went to pull dresses that fit both my style and my budget. When she came back with half a dozen dresses, she showed me to one of the sunlit fitting rooms and help me try each on. I ended up loving the dress I saw online, but it wasn't available in my size at the store, so Sammy helped me order it (with free shipping). She also let me know that BHLDN has a 30 day return policy, in case I changed my mind. The dress arrived at my house within a week, and I won't be needing that return policy. I love it and am really grateful to Sammy for such a great experience!

My fiancee and I traveled to BHLDN in Houston to meet with somebody and try on dresses. Everything with my fiancee's dress went perfectly! I on the other had had to return, size down, etc. but BHLDN was extremely helpful and we eventually got the perfect dress for me!
BHLDN has a 30 day return policy, so we just had to stay on top of things!
