Bethesda Country Club has a family history for my fiance which was one of the biggest appeals for me. The venue itself is beautiful, and I loved how the tables surround the dance floor. The chandaler in the middle of the ballroom is beautiful as well. We had a pretty big wedding (225 people, the max for Bethesda CC) but they did a great job making sure enough people were working and that everyone was taken care of. Kate Shera, the event planner there, did an amazing job with all the details that I left her for the day of. The food was absolutely amazing and each plate was beautiful! People raved about the appetizers! The only small complaint we would have is that the food took a really long time to come out, but with 225 people that is understandable. I would 100% recomment the venue to anyone looking to have a beautiful ballroom type reception with ample room for dancing!
