Kristen and Samantha were so kind and incredible to work with! They were helpful, reliable and efficient. They were also flexible which made holding a cultural event at the venue so easy. We were able to bring an outside caterer for our Sangeet night, and also request our florist/decorator to create a pseudo "stage" to seat the bride and groom which allowed our event to remain culturally authentic. The venue itself is stunning, particularly for evening events when you can see the sun set over the golf course. We had a fairly large event (about 200 people) and combined both the indoor hall and outdoor grass area to accommodate the guest count. Kristen and Samantha arranged for market lighting to be set up outside, and this really added to the beauty of the venue. Prior to the event, we were able to take golf carts down to the golf course to take individual pictures, and these turned out to be some of our favorite pictures from the wedding weekend. The venue is easily accessible in the Rancho Bernardo area and has a large parking lot, which made attendance easy for the guests. Lastly, the pricing for this venue was very fair and fit well into our budget as we were holding a multi-day wedding. We were able to use some our minimum to rent up-lights from the venue which spared an additional lighting cost elsewhere. The only regret we have is that we did not also use in house catering - we had attended the venue open house and sampled some of the in house chef's appetizers which were incredible! If you live in San Diego, I cannot recommend this venue enough.

Had a very rainy wedding but they helped us navigate very effectively

My husband and I had our wedding at the Heights Golf Club March, 2023. The venue was recommended to us by our wedding coordinators. We toured the venue with the Heights venue coordinator, Kristen. She was so helpful in answering all of our questions. We knew right away this was the venue for us. In comparison to other venues we had looked at , the Heights was affordable , it was beautiful, and encompassed everything we were looking for in a wedding venue. They even allowed us to bring our 2 dogs on site to be a part of our ceremony which was really important to us. From start to finish, Kristen was very easy to work, was very responsive in answering all our questions, and helped to bring our wedding day vision to life! The day of our wedding , we couldn't have asked for anything more from a wedding venue than what we got. The day was perfect, everyone loved the venue , and it was truly a pleasure to work with Kristen and the rest of our venue team. If we had to do it all over again, we would book with Kristen and the Heights 100x over. We would highly recommend them to any couple getting married in San Diego County.

Kristen met with us multiple times to go over the timing of the wedding, helped us pick out the food, tables, chairs, and even showed us samples of the table clothes, napkins, and place settings. She was so professional, had great suggestions, and was easy to work with.

The ceremony was planned to be outside but right before I was to walk down the aisle it started to pour down rain. The ceremony was moved inside and honestly it was better than I could imagine. It was so intimate, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The food was delicious, I had multiple people come up and tell me how good it was.

One of the most special things Kristen did was plan and provide a hair and makeup artist and a photographer to retake my wedding photos. My original photographer (who is NOT affiliated with the Heights) didn’t show up to the wedding after I met with her multiple times and paid her.

Kristen reached out to me and my mom shortly after the wedding and said she would provide a photographer and hair/makeup artist so my husband and I could retake our photos. My mom and I cried when she offered this. It was so incredibly thoughtful. Kristen planned the entire photography situation. I didn’t do anything other than show up. I didn’t have to pay anything. I still can’t believe the level of kindness and thoughtfulness Kristen showed us by doing this.

The photos turned out stunning, the wedding was beautiful, I can’t recommend Kristen and The Heights more.

Everything about the Heights and their staff was EXCELLENT. It was the perfect venue and setting for our daughter's wedding. The food was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection even though we had 110 guests. The Food and Beverage manager, Private Event Manager, Sommelier, Chef and Banquet Team bent over backwards, to ensure our guests were over-the-moon accommodated and happy. Our every request was handled with professionalism, courtesy and a sincere desire to ensure the day was magical.
I wish I had another daughter, so we could;d book another wedding there!~

Kristen, the event coordinator is one of the best we've ever worked with. She's genuine and hard working, super professional but very approachable and down to earth. Her character is reflected in her staff. Everyone was on top of it and friendly. There are many options for your ceremony and reception in terms of indoor, outdoor or both. They had wonderful recommendations in their package for bakeries and florists. There are multiple food and beverage packages and the pricing is very reasonable. Did I mention the food is fantastic! Our guests are still talking about how great it was to get a perfectly cooked, hot steak at a wedding! Our D.J. was part of our package and was also great to work with. So helpful and intuitive, he truly kept the party going. The wedding parties were able to get ready in the spacious locker rooms with plenty of privacy, full length mirrors and music. The heights is a beautiful venue with so many wonderful photo options. We're so glad we chose the Heights to tie the knot :) Really!

I can't say enough about how this venue made my days so special. First, let me say the price was way better than other similar places, believe me, I checked them all. Their packages give you a variety of options to work for your size and budget. They eliminated the stress by providing the best service to my guests through each and every staff member. My guests consistently complimented the quality of the food and the service provided by the staff. Our dinner selections for a large group were cooked to perfection (tasted high-end restaurant, not a large banquet), I thought I was the only one that felt treated like royalty.
I used all of their vendors and they all provided excellent communication. Tim (the DJ ) is excellent and helped make suggestions on how to make the day flow. He has a great selection of music personally selected after talking with us. He is amazing and always kept the dance floor fun and full. I could go on and on but let me not forget the bakery we got through the venue "Eccentric International". Amazing! We had a wedding cake as well as cupcakes and a dessert table. They were so good, my guests were taking them by the plateful. If you want your day to go smoothly, I can promise you will not be disappointed by putting your special day in the hands of The Heights. I wish I could do this day again because their great service actually allowed me to just enjoy the day...

I had my wedding here and everything turned out beautifully, I highly recommend this place. Kristen Dawson was amazing, she is very detail oriented and was always there to answer any questions we had. Thanks to her and the rest of the team, the event was organized perfectly.

My then Fiance, now Wife, selected The Heights Golf Club in Rancho Bernardo as her top pick for a wedding venue that met our budget needs, and was also an elegant location with outdoor ceremony area, and patio cocktail reception area, as well as beautiful banquet room with enough space for our 90'ish guests, a band, and a dance floor. The venue is simply beautiful, with outstanding views from all of those locations. I agreed with her pick as soon as we visited, and the event coordinator, Kristen Dawson, was extremely nice, helpful, and very skilled at helping us to decide upon and refine our plans. The food was very good at our tasting, and our steak and chicken entrees were perfectly cooked. At the wedding, and afterwards, our guests and we included raved about the quality of the food when served to 90ish guests and came out fresh, hot and delicious. The ceremony site is Beautiful, with fantastic views of manicured nature, and our photos afterwards by the pond and waterfall came out fantastic! We and our guests were very well taken care of by the Wonderful staff in both food, and beverages. We had plenty of room for our fantastic dance band, Toga Party Band, and our MC and lead singer Larry Cecio worked easily with The Height's Banquet Captain to coordinate our evening. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed our wedding at the Beautiful Heights Golf Club, and we're sure you'll have the same experience here for your event! The only reason why we picked this place was because of their venue director Kristen! She was extremely help and detailed from the very beginning, all the way to the day of the wedding! She made sure that are needs were met with the venue. With all her assistance we were able to have the most memorable experience and wedding. We are still receiving compliments from our guests about their amazing time they had, and the great food and drinks that the venue provided! The steak and salmon are a must!
