We had Ben & Jerry’s at our pre-wedding bonfire at Interlaken Inn in Lakeville, CT. Our guests really enjoyed the treat as did myself (the groom forgot to get ice cream LOL). My only comment would be more lighting as the set up was not in a typical well lit up ice cream truck, the ice cream was set up outside of the truck at a station and as the sun set it was very hard to see. The visibility critique is a combination of the location itself and the truck being different from the typical ice cream truck situation. Still would highly recommend and hire for any other event!! My partner and I were married last week and we had Ben & Jerry's as our dessert. There was an issue with the original truck day of. While stressful, they were able to find a replacement and they made up for the mistake after a professional response from the manger. I would recommend them for future events!
