I’d never recommend Bella. They talk a lot of game, like how their photographers are super-experienced award-winners. In reality, their photographers are amateurs, their customer service is horrible, and their charge too much for crap service. My engagement pictures were horrific, but they told me that the lighting was good and no heads were cut off, which met their standards. I didn’t matter that the pictures looked like amateur shots (did I mention that the photographer brought her daughter with her?). For example, there was a woman in a bright pink shirt sleeping in the forefront of several of outdoor shots. This could have been avoided had the photographer asked us to move over 2 feet. I tried to contact a higher-up, and she told me that there was nothing she could do and she could never guarantee that I’d like my pictures. I was blown away by her aloofness/rudeness. I would have cancelled with them, but it was too late to get a refund. They assigned a new photographer for the wedding who I really liked. But, the day before my wedding, I received an email stating that I’d been assigned a new photographer. I contacted him (instead of the other way around) and listed what I wanted and didn’t want. His photos were better than those from the engagement session, but he took a bunch of nonsense shots that I didn’t want. He kept insisting that my husband and I kiss in the photos, even though I told him that I didn’t like that (both the day before and the day of the wedding). He took tons of shots of my husband and his groomsmen, but barely any of me and my bridesmaids. There are only 2 portrait shots of me by myself, and I’m in a dark room (There are 20ish of my husband in the bright outdoors. There were more shots of my cake toppers than of me). He took a bunch of shots using the mirrors in the rooms, but there were things in front of the mirrors, like chafing dishes, which are in a lot of my getting-ready shots. He also photographed the same 4 guests over and over.
