For the amount of money my husband and I spent on our photography and videography, as well as the great reviews we read about Bella, we had expected much more and were extremely disappointed in the quality of service and product we received from this company. Our photographer was wonderful, our videographer personable, but the photos we received were awkward (our portraits have only half of us smiling or making weird faces because our photographer didn't tell anyone when she was actually snapping the picture, and she didn't place the bridesmaids or groomsmen in a manner that made them look professional photos). The full-length video was awful both in picture quality and actual product quality. Bella did not check the DVD they sent us prior to mailing it out, and it was so scratched and damaged that we couldn't watch it. They were not prompt with a response to this problem (took about a week to hear back), and while they mailed us another copy, it was barely wrapped in bubble wrap in the packaging when we received it. I cannot express how disappointed I am that my memories of our wedding are such awful quality. We are waiting on our album currently and hoping that it is of the standard we were shown at our first meeting when we booked.
