Mariana and the whole team at Bella Figura NYC have been amazing. Mariana took the time to walk us through so many wonderful examples and really heard our preferences. She was super responsive and offered us several quotes super efficently. The designers and producing team were super helpful and professional as well, and we love the handmade cotton paper invitation with letterpress. The package was very nice as well. Highly recommended!

My wife and I used Bella Figura for our wedding invitations and we could not be happier with how they came out and also with the service Mariana provided throughout the whole process.

Mariana was attentive, responsive and a pleasure to work with. She made picking out invitations fun and easy! We also didn't come in knowing what we want and made a lot of custom edits - she gave her valuable opinion on what was feasible / would look good while also getting creative and thinking outside the box with us. Mariana even went to the post office for us to weigh our invites so we knew how much postage to get.

Our guests were raving about the way the invitations looked. We got several calls, texts and outreach after we sent them out. They came out very high quality and elegant.

Honestly, I’m giddy to write this review. Bella Figura was above all expectations when it came to ordering our wedding invites. I met with Mariana in the store and she was incredibly patient, kind and beyond helpful. Together, she guided me through the entire process. She listened to all my scattered thoughts and ideas and just knew what to do! She helped me to pick out designs, colors, fonts, and paper. She helped with the wording and when we were would get stuck along the process, she was always available to help give her professional opinion. Honestly, Mariana was a dream to work with and I cannot tell you how much I appreciated the chance to work with her. Our designer was Katie and she did a fantastic job. She was prompt with all our revisions and I truly felt that she cared to make sure I was happy with the final product. Theresa, who handled the shipping was also wonderful! Now… all this and I haven’t even begun to explain how AMAZING out invites turned out. I adore them. They arrived beautiful packaged and hand wrapped. I am just overjoyed with how they came out and it truly has been a highlight of the whole wedding planning process.

Bella Figura exceeded all expectations for my fiancé and I. We used their services for our wedding and rehearsal dinner invitations and we could not be happier. We worked with Mariana at their shop in Manhattan - she was so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. She made the process so much fun and helped us find the perfect suite. After we placed the order, Sarah helped us coordinate with Katie, the designer, to work through the proofing process and get the design and language exactly how we wanted.

Bella Figura was incredible to work with! I visited the NYC showroom, where I was able to sit down one-on-one with their consultant to review types of printing and paper choices. Once we were ready to customize our invites and day-of pieces, I was assigned to a design artist, with whom I was able to communicate exclusively throughout the design process. The artists worked tirelessly with us through as many proofs as necessary to make sure every detail was perfect. Even the packaging of the invites was incredible! We chose to assemble our own invites, and each piece was packed precisely, with assembly instructions included! 10/10 recommend Bella Figura for all wedding printing needs!

Bella Figura has such a wide selection of beautiful, sophisticated, modern yet classic options to choose from. We worked with Su-Queen to pick the perfect wedding invitation and day of details to complement our coastal, romantic style wedding. She was so helpful not only on the design elements but also with recommendations for wording. I was so pleased with the quality of the finished items as well. Everything arrived as expected and printed flawlessly.

Bella Figura did our Save the Dates and Wedding Invitations and they were simply beautiful! We had a barefoot beach wedding in the Keys and the palm tree design worked perfectly. The quality of the invitations were superb and the team at Bella Figura were so helpful and kind to work with. They were efficient and just a pleasure!

We spent hours looking at wedding invitations online and even ordered some samples through Minted, but my wife and I were struggling to figure out what we wanted. We found Bella Figura amongst New York Mag’s recommendations and booked an appointment.

When we sat down with Nancy, she explained the process to us, told us how customizable all of the invitations were, and was very patient. She showed us multiple books with samples and didn’t hover over us as we looked. Truly, there was no pressure. Eventually, we were finally able to narrow it down and make a selection! (Phew.)

When I came back with my mom, who wanted to see the invitations in person before we ordered them, Nancy was again incredibly helpful and generous with her time, not even knowing if we were going to go with Bella Figura.

After getting the green light, Nancy helped walk us through the process again in more specifics. She spent hours helping us decide on language and wording and every little detail, from colors to fonts. It is an incredibly time consuming process, but Nancy was happy to put in the effort, even when we got frustrated. She came up with great solutions when we wanted to figure out how to do RSVP cards since we had a situation where not all guests were invited to the rehearsal dinner. Each time we met with her, she’d follow up with updated quotes and emails to help keep us on track. She’d also call about small details that’d come to her, showing how much thought she was putting into our invitations.

When it came to ordering our day-of pieces—our menu and welcome booklet for hotel gift bags—we were in a bit of a time crunch. The latter had so much information: bus schedules, activities, addresses, etc. Nancy stayed late so that we could get our order in ASAP in order to ensure the items arrived when we needed them. She was just the best, every step of the way.

Of course, Bella Figura isn’t cheap, but everything came out beautifully. Every person that we worked with—from the designers on the proofs to the client coordinators on billing—was helpful, kind, and responsive. They made changes quickly, offered helpful solutions when spacing was an issue, and even caught the tiniest of typos.

One of Bella Figura’s calligraphers, Debi of Blooming Quill, did the calligraphy for the design of our invitation and Nancy connected us with her to do the actual addressing of the outer guest envelopes. She was so much more affordable than other quotes we’d gotten in New York and her work was beautiful.

Though paper invitations are certainly costly and are becoming more rare in favor of e-vites, we are so happy to have a tangible momento and our guests loved receiving them in the mail. To us, it was worth the hefty price tag and we are thrilled with how everything came out.

Bella is amazing at everything they do. They customize all of their materials so you can really make your invitations and day of materials unique. Mariana was so responsive and helpful throughout the process, and they send over a number of proofs for you to review so you can continue to tweak some of the fonts, wording, and designs. We loved working with them!
