Mother of the groom was so hapoy with our last minute decision to use Bella Born. Nina was very responsive and calming to our many questions. She never said no to anything we asked. Her and her assistant were very professional and worked in an orderly fashion getting everything done in a timely fashion, worked well behind the scenes and helped tremendously at the end of event in the packing up as well. Nina was a godsend for our wedding planning from start to finish. My partner and I were in a unique situation and had 6 months to fully plan a wedding. Nina created the budget, helped us pick from the best venues, and even drove us to each venue. As neither of us were from the Pittsburgh area, we relied heavily on Nina's knowledge and expertise and she did not disappoint! It was such a relief to have someone take care of all the small details we surely would've overlooked. She helped us choose the venue, bakery, florist, food, officiant, music, and more all while making sure we stayed within budget! All we had to do was show up at our wedding and Nina took care of the rest. We needn't worry about set up and tear down (she even returned my husband's rented tuxedo the day after!) Nina made sure we had the day of our dreams that we'd spent planning with her for the past 6 months. I would recommend her over and over again. Bringing Nina aboard to help coordinate my wedding day was one of the best decisions I made! She is so organized and very knowledgeable with event planning, and great work with! She did a fantastic job working with our vendors and scheduling all the last-minute details. She worked with all the vendors in advance to coordinate details and to be sure everyone was on the same page. (The vendors loved working with Nina too!) My daughter and I were working through the details of planning her wedding, when we decided we needed a wedding coordinator. Our search led us to Nina at Bella Born….what a GREAT find! From our first meeting with Nina, the owner, I could tell this was a good decision and she would be perfect! She was very organized, efficient, cheerful and bubbly, and she knew her stuff! She listened to what we said/wanted, and made it happen. She had great suggestions, answers for all our questions, and solutions for all “problems.” Not only did she pull everything together before the wedding, she was FABULOUS on the day of the wedding. Nina and her assistant made sure everyone was in their place, the vendors did what they needed to do (even fixed their mistakes), and handled all onsite questions, situations, etc. - they were everywhere – I don’t know how they did it all, but they did – they were AWESOME! And at the end of the night they still had a smile on their faces and were just as pleasant and enthusiastic as they were in the morning.

Nina did partial day-of coordination for my wedding and I cannot express how grateful we are to have found her. She took on the job with short notice, took time out of her vacation/travels to speak with me about the wedding, and did an absolute fantastic job coordinating all the moving parts the day of.
