In the months and weeks leading up to the wedding, she flawlessly orchestrated every aspect, from finalizing vendor contracts to creating a comprehensive timeline. Gabriella was very organized and proactive to ensure every element aligned with our vision.

I was very much a DIY bride in all aspects of design, vendor sourcing, stationary, tablescapes, and details. Leading up to the wedding, she was a fantastic sounding board and stragetic partner. She reviewed contracts to ensure the scope was covered and also reviewed and provided feedback on our overall budget allocations.

During the event, she made the process smooth and enjoyable from working with my sister to bustle my dress, to relighting candles that had blown out, coordinating with the venue and vendors, to boxing and hand delivering our cake to the hotel…no detail was too small for Garbriella to think about. Garbriella was integral in making all of my DIY ideas and designs come to life. She meticulously set up all of our centerpieces and accents. After the wedding, Garbriella carefully packed up all of our items for us to bring home.

Garbriella was the not-so-secret weapon behind an absolutely incredible weekend. I worked with Garbriella as a partial planner for my July 2023 wedding, but she was my go-to gal for nearly 16 months! We live on the West Coast, and our venues were around Narragansett, so obviously nothing was going to be simple - but Garbriella made it smooth and fun, and gave us confidence that it would all come together beautifully.

From the beginning Garbriella was flexible with finding times for us to chat over the phone, and she was extremely prompt in responding to all my emails. She reviewed all my vendor contracts to make sure they were appropriate and fair, helped bring a cohesive vision to all my ideas about vendors and personal touches, and was very honest when she thought something was overpriced, or wouldn’t deliver what I was looking for. She helped me problem-solve vendor hiccups, like a videographer backing out.

On the day of my wedding both Garbriella and Katie were present all day, and worked so hard from beginning to end to make sure every detail we had planned was just right. She was calm, organized, and knew exactly how and when to communicate, and made me feel like I could really just relax and be present after months of planning. She has an amazing eye for detail, and was able to keep all the vendors on time. She even made sure that there was cake waiting in our wedding suite at the end of the night to make sure my husband and I could enjoy every detail. Beckerman Events & Co was amazing to work with from our consultation to post wedding. They emphasize the BEC experience and they lived up to everything promised. The day of the event I did not need to delegate any stressful tasks to family members I knew everything was taken care of.
