Sarah was absolutely incredible as our day of wedding planner. Even though she joined us just a month before the wedding, she quickly became such an integral part of bringing everything together. She created a detailed, thoughtful timeline that made the entire day flow perfectly.

She took the lead on communicating with all of our vendors, which lifted so much stress off our shoulders and allowed us to truly be present and enjoy every moment. Everything ran seamlessly, and that’s entirely thanks to her organization and dedication.

Beyond that, Sarah is genuinely one of the kindest, most caring people. You can tell how much she truly wants your day to be perfect, and she goes above and beyond to make that happen.

Sarah and Cole are like wedding angels -- they truly made magic happen at my wedding this summer!! They kept the whole show running day of seamlessly -- everyone was where they needed to be, always at the right time. I am a pretty type A bride (lol) and I seriously did not worry once the entire day, and barely at all in the days leading up to the wedding. Sarah and Cole handled big things (managing the whole wedding party and family, running the rehearsal, holding onto ALL the centerpiece/decors/cards/etc after the wedding until we were free to get it back) to the small things (remade my bridal bouquet because it was too thick to be held, sewed me into my wedding dress when I ripped it dancing). Truly, TRULY, they made our big day seamless and magical!! I could not recommend these wedding superwomen more!!

I worked with Sarah and Cole for over a year for the planning and day of coordination of my wedding. I am a very type-A bride, I had a very specific vision of what I wanted, and I personally love to plan events on my own. But I knew I had never planned a 100-person wedding, in a giant ballroom and had never done things like hire a DJ, pick flowers, etc. Sarah and Cole were my partners by my side for everything and helped me feel comfortable in all the decisions I was making. They had recommendations for photography and beauty as well and they ended up being absolute 10/10 recommendations. I was able to come to Sarah and Cole with ideas and a vision and they helped guide me to make sure the ideas I had synced up with what was best for the venue and an event this size. I met with them once a month and they also attended things with me like vendor meetings to look at flowers and place settings. On the months before the wedding, they were with me on every vendor call I needed them on and helped to ensure everyone at the wedding knew exactly what the plan was. On the day of – if anything happened – I had no idea, because they took care of everything little thing so I could focus on the day. They made me feel special and cared for so much as a bride in addition to executing and running the day. From getting stains out of my dress, helping me through the logistics of a dress change, ensuring I had fresh drinks and making sure everything ran smoothly, I was so sure everything was taken care of, and I could just enjoy the day I had spent so much time planning. They also helped pack everything up and bring it back to our suite, so we could head right to our after party and continue the celebrations (and even had 2 meals waiting for us when we got back to our room!). If you’re a type-A bride thinking “I don’t need a planner” --- you do --- and you need Sarah and Cole.

Hiring Sarah and Cole as Day of Coordinators as the wedding process towards the end started to become overwhelming was the best decision we made. Our wedding day would not have been as perfect s it was if it was not for their team. They exceeded our expectations in every way. Planning a wedding can become very emotional and often what you want for your perfect day can get lost in the shuffle. When dealing with all of our vendors, they provided a voice for us to make sure our day was exactly what we envisioned. They were there by email, text, call, rehearsal, and a venue walk through all even before the actual day of wedding. We would recommend them 10/10 times. They were there all day and night to assist with vendor drop offs, family coordination, guest assistance, manage venue issues, and wedding breakdown. They specialize in standing up for you and making your day exactly what you want, and will get you your dream outcome. They're the best!

Sarah & Cole were INCREDIBLE. Throughout the planning process they connected us with amazing vendors and handled so many behind-the-scenes tasks for us. But, their biggest asset was their presence on the day of. They made us feel so comfortable and advocated for what we wanted every step of the way. I hired Cole & Sarah for partial wedding planning and I also used them for my florist for my wedding on 1/18/2025.

I was the first of my circle to get married so wedding planning was extremely daunting for me. I had an initial call with Cole and Sarah and immediately knew I wanted to work with them because they were SO nice and I immediately loved their vibe. They advised me to go with their partial planning plan because I had already booked my venue and a handful of other vendors.
I am SO happy that I chose to use them as a partial planner. It was incredibly reassuring to know that I had professionals looking over my shoulder making sure I was on track with all things planning throughout the process. They had a checklist that they helped me keep up with starting from tasks 12 months out all the way up to the day of, and they were always available for questions via text and email. It was even more helpful the final two months before the wedding where they took over all communication with the venue and vendors. During those two months I had so many other things to be thinking about and it was a huge weight off my shoulders to know they had it covered, and they knew what kinds of questions to ask that I never would have thought of.
I was fully in love with the florals that Cole put together. I only showed her a couple inspiration images and told her to use her creative freedom because I didn’t have a great vision for what I wanted. She blew me away! She created a gorgeous floor arch we used for the ceremony and then reused it for our sweetheart table. I got so many compliments on our table centerpieces which were all slightly different and perfectly simple. I honestly gave her nothing to go on for my bouquet and she nailed it, better than I ever could have imagined.
Sarah & Cole are so incredibly sweet, and made planning very fun and exciting. They are professionals, they’ve done it all before and take so much stress off the bride. If you are debating if you need a planner you will not regret the investment in their services.

The Wedding Planners were not only great with helping plan the wedding and day of coordination, but they also did my florals, which I absolutely loved (and I was very particular about them)! I am terrible at planning and was very stressed, but TWP kept me on track and made sure everything was done / ordered / booked for the wedding! Loved working with these two!

Sarah and Cole went above and beyond throughout the whole process. We hired them to be day-of coordinators, but they were in communication with us throughout planning. As the day approached, they worked with us to finalize schedules, coordinate vendors, and generally do everything in the background to ensure things went smoothly.

On our wedding day, they were detail-oriented, thoughtful, fun, and professional. They were running around in the background all day putting out little fires, keeping us on track, and supporting wherever they were needed. Our wedding day was perfect!
