Sarah was absolutely incredible as our day of wedding planner. Even though she joined us just a month before the wedding, she quickly became such an integral part of bringing everything together. She created a detailed, thoughtful timeline that made the entire day flow perfectly.
She took the lead on communicating with all of our vendors, which lifted so much stress off our shoulders and allowed us to truly be present and enjoy every moment. Everything ran seamlessly, and that’s entirely thanks to her organization and dedication.
Beyond that, Sarah is genuinely one of the kindest, most caring people. You can tell how much she truly wants your day to be perfect, and she goes above and beyond to make that happen.
I can’t recommend Sarah enough, we are so grateful for everything she did to make our wedding day absolutely perfect! -

Hiring Sarah and Cole as Day of Coordinators as the wedding process towards the end started to become overwhelming was the best decision we made. Our wedding day would not have been as perfect s it was if it was not for their team. They exceeded our expectations in every way. Planning a wedding can become very emotional and often what you want for your perfect day can get lost in the shuffle. When dealing with all of our vendors, they provided a voice for us to make sure our day was exactly what we envisioned. They were there by email, text, call, rehearsal, and a venue walk through all even before the actual day of wedding. We would recommend them 10/10 times. They were there all day and night to assist with vendor drop offs, family coordination, guest assistance, manage venue issues, and wedding breakdown. They specialize in standing up for you and making your day exactly what you want, and will get you your dream outcome. They're the best! -

Sarah & Cole were INCREDIBLE. Throughout the planning process they connected us with amazing vendors and handled so many behind-the-scenes tasks for us. But, their biggest asset was their presence on the day of. They made us feel so comfortable and advocated for what we wanted every step of the way. We loved having them there, knowing that they had everything under control, and trusted them completely. On top of all of that, they are such kind, warm people and they truly felt like such a big part of our day. We would recommend Sarah & Cole to anyone and everyone getting married! -

Hire them!
I hired Cole & Sarah for partial wedding planning and I also used them for my florist for my wedding on 1/18/2025.
I was the first of my circle to get married so wedding planning was extremely daunting for me. I had an initial call with Cole and Sarah and immediately knew I wanted to work with them because they were SO nice and I immediately loved their vibe. They advised me to go with their partial planning plan because I had already booked my venue and a handful of other vendors.
I am SO happy that I chose to use them as a partial planner. It was incredibly reassuring to know that I had professionals looking over my shoulder making sure I was on track with all things planning throughout the process. They had a checklist that they helped me keep up with starting from tasks 12 months out all the way up to the day of, and they were always available for questions via text and email. It was even more helpful the final two months before the wedding where they took over all communication with the venue and vendors. During those two months I had so many other things to be thinking about and it was a huge weight off my shoulders to know they had it covered, and they knew what kinds of questions to ask that I never would have thought of.
I was fully in love with the florals that Cole put together. I only showed her a couple inspiration images and told her to use her creative freedom because I didn’t have a great vision for what I wanted. She blew me away! She created a gorgeous floor arch we used for the ceremony and then reused it for our sweetheart table. I got so many compliments on our table centerpieces which were all slightly different and perfectly simple. I honestly gave her nothing to go on for my bouquet and she nailed it, better than I ever could have imagined.
Sarah & Cole are so incredibly sweet, and made planning very fun and exciting. They are professionals, they’ve done it all before and take so much stress off the bride. If you are debating if you need a planner you will not regret the investment in their services. -

Sarah and Cole went above and beyond throughout the whole process. We hired them to be day-of coordinators, but they were in communication with us throughout planning. As the day approached, they worked with us to finalize schedules, coordinate vendors, and generally do everything in the background to ensure things went smoothly.
On our wedding day, they were detail-oriented, thoughtful, fun, and professional. They were running around in the background all day putting out little fires, keeping us on track, and supporting wherever they were needed. Our wedding day was perfect!
We are so grateful for their hard work! Sarah and Cole are wonderful. -

Personalized wedding planning and coordination
Sarah and Cole are an amazing duo for wedding planning and coordination. They met with us early in the planning process to get a sense of our preferences, and then got to work getting us a list of local vendors that fit our vibe and price point. Once we picked our vendors, they handled the majority of the communication and made sure to let us know when deadlines were approaching for decisions.
My wife and I are both the type that know what we do or don't like, but don't necessarily know how to plan the details or execute a coherent vision; this is where Sarah and Cole really shined. We provided a color palette and general vibes that we were going for, but they were the ones who really came up with the vision that made our day so special. We were kept in the loop and able to provide input every step of the way.
Sarah and Cole were always happy to jump on calls with us to assuage any concerns we had, and were super flexible (especially important in the final week before the big day). They also offered to do the florals for the wedding and did a simply INCREDIBLE job.
We would absolutely recommend The Wedding Planners to anyone looking to get married in the greater Rhode Island area! Thank you both so so much for making our day so special!! -

Our wedding was spectacular and it was all because of Sarah and Cole. From the beginning they were on top of contacting vendors and were in touch with us throughout the entire process. They were always a quick text away whenever a random thought popped into my head about the wedding. (So many other planners will only work with you during scheduled meetings so that was one of the best parts about them). When we needed recommendations for vendors, they had some at the ready. Most importantly, we so appreciated their easy, fun, laid back demeanor. They were hyping us up throughout the entire day! I’m sure that there were problems that popped up on our day that we never knew about because of how calm and on top of everything they were. During our wedding, they kept everything running smoothly and constantly checked in with us to see if we needed a drink, wanted certain pictures, and to see if we were having fun. Sarah went above and beyond at the end of our wedding when there was a hiccup with the shuttles and she personally drove us back to our hotel. Wedding planners, chauffeurs- they do it all! I can’t recommend Sarah and Cole enough, they’re the best. -

Sarah and Cole were an absolute dream to work with. They executed our plans (and 100 tab spreadsheet) seamlessly and made our lives so easy that we barely had to lift a finger. They were communicative, helpful, and patient from our first call through to the final song of the night. They went out of their way to coordinate with our vendors, visit both our venues multiple times, and even did a virtual walkthrough via FaceTime when we couldn't make it to our venue for a final meeting. On the day, they arrived promptly and got to work while we were busy with pictures. They setup our ceremony and reception so quickly and kept the night running smoothly. They made it so we could truly relax and enjoy our evening without every worrying that something wasn't going to be handled. I cannot recommend them enough. -

Sarah and Cole are what dream wedding planners are made of. These ladies had our back at every moment of the big day and weeks prior to. Being a planner and perfectionist myself, I was worried I wouldn't be able to enjoy the day because I'd be too concerned with everything else going to plan. These women took my concerns and shouldered them for me. From start to finish, Sarah and Cole had control of all aspects of our wedding day. The day went off without a hitch! (At least to my knowledge!) Sarah and Cole knew how much the decor meant to me and they made certain to strategically place everything exactly where I wished. They made sure my husband and I had what everyone at our wedding had. During photos, while our wedding guests were enjoying the open bar and passed hors d'oeuvres, they were sure to bring us our desired drink (and hold the drinks while we took photos) and sent the servers down with some snacks for us to enjoy as well. They had just the right amount of grace and assertion to ensure all the other vendors were following the timeline they created and reviewed with us. Their dedication to our plans and vision is truly something we will cherish for the rest of our lives. It's scary to think what could have happened without their guidance and leadership during the planning process and day of execution. If you are looking for planners, look no further because THESE WOMEN ARE IT! Thank you Sarah and Cole!!!

I cannot overemphasize how incredibly helpful, professional, and talented The Wedding Planners are!! Sarah and Cole did our day of coordination and truly exceeded our expectations. They walked the venue with us, joined vendor calls, managed vendor communication/timelines and talked through all of our day-of details beforehand . Their communication was quick, efficient and informative. As soon as they got involved we immediately felt at ease and knew things would be taken care of.
On the day-of we could not have been more grateful! They both have a very positive and calming energy that made me feel so excited and supported throughout the day. You can tell how experienced Sarah and Cole are by the way they interact with you, your guests, and seamlessly manage all of the details. They executed our vision PERFECTLY and kept everything running exactly as we imagined. If we could go back, I would have done full or partial planning because they were that great/worth it. Would highly recommend them to anyone! -

We absolutely love Sarah and Cole!! They made wedding planning so easy and were always super responsive whenever we had any questions or concerns. They helped us communicate with all of our vendors, met with vendors with us, and set up anything that we needed. They are also so sweet and kind! They made our wedding day a beautiful day and also made it stress-free. From the beginning of the process all they way through the end of the wedding reception, we were able to lean on them for anything we needed help with. We truly cannot express enough how grateful we were to have Cole and Sarah throughout our entire wedding process. It was our first step when we got engaged to find wedding planners as my husband and I both work demanding jobs. Cole and Sarah from the very beginning were organized, responsive, and most importantly extremely fun to work with! Because we found Cole and Sarah at the beginning of our engagement they also helped us select all of our vendors and did a great job coordinating with them. Our wedding day was utterly flawless and we were able to focus on our guests and each other, while Cole and Sarah worked in the background. Also, they absolutely KILLED it with the decor! We would highly recommend them to any couple looking for wedding planners. -

Speechless
Words don’t do it justice but Sarah and Cole made our wedding day the amazing day that it was. They both came to our rehearsal and made sure it ran smoothly, directing us and guiding us to make sure we all knew what to do. Our wedding day.. they arrived and just made magic happen. They set up our ceremony EXACTLY how I had imagined yet even better. They have a keen eye for decor and style. These two HYPED me up in my bridal suite, made sure I had everything I needed and executed the day so successfully. My guests, parents and bridesmaids were raving about them. They checked in to make sure Chris and I had drinks, food and everything we needed. They helped execute our photos in a timely manner which was super important to us. They cleaned our entire ceremony and bridal space and brought EVERYTHING back to our rooms/needed places (we had so much stuff) they packaged it neatly and perfectly. They went above and beyond to make our day happen, without them our day would not have been what it was. If you are saying to yourself “should i hire a coordinator?” The answer is these two. I felt like I had two best friends helping me plan my day because of how comfortable they made me feel. I cannot thank these two enough. I am still on cloud 9 from the most perfect, magical and incredible day of my life- because of them I worried about NOTHING. ❤️ -

I highly recommend Sarah and Cole for their exceptional services. Without their meticulous planning and execution, my wedding would not have been as flawless and seamless as it was. Although I hired them as day-of wedding planners, they proved to be much more than that. They went above and beyond by meeting us at the venue multiple times, creating a floorplan, coordinating with vendors, and assisting in setting up the venue. They even appeared out of nowhere with wet wipes after our photoshoot with ice cream! Their attention to detail and thoughtfulness were truly remarkable, and we cannot thank them enough for their dedication and hard work. -

Sarah and Cole were absolutely incredible. They were there for us every step of the way, and our wedding would not have happened without their help. Throughout the planning process they made it easy for us by finding the best vendors, doing all of the necessary communication & making sure that payments were delivered on time. They were always available anytime I had a question or needed anything. Our wedding took place outside in my fathers backyard, and Cole and Sarah drove an hour on several occasions to ensure everything was correct with the layout & to meet with necessary vendors.
On the day of the wedding, it poured hard all morning. Cole and Sarah came early to set everything up and address any issue that needed to be dealt with (there were tons!). While all of this was going on, I had no idea. I didn't have to worry about anything because I trusted them to take care of it! Ultimately, this pair worked tirelessly to ensure that our day was absolutely perfect. Not only did the wedding venue come together so beautifully, but my wife and I were able to enjoy our day without stress. -

As this was both of our first wedding, we truly wanted it to be magical! Cole and Sarah delivered beyond our expectations. They created and amazing night that was absolutely flawless in execution and truly reflected our personalities and our love. Picking a wedding planner is probably the most difficult part of a wedding next to the caterers, but you can't go wrong with the wedding planners! From the bottom of my heart, thank you!
