Welcome to Becca Events! We are a distinguished wedding and event planning and coordination firm. After spending 16 years in Horseshoe Bay, we are now headquartered in Austin, and serve Austin, the Hill Country, and beyond with destination clients.
Becca Events specializes and unique Wedding and Event Planning and Design, and "Month Of" Wedding Coordination. Our highly personalized curated events and world class hospitality defines our company's personality.
Our founder and principal planner, Becca Gutierrez Schafer, spent 12 years as a premier caterer and event planner in Horseshoe Bay before moving to Austin in 2021. She served as Director of Operations for one of the most well known luxury event firms there, and was thrilled to serve as Director of Events for Tribeza (Magazine and online). She's delighted to now bring her passion and experience back home to the Becca Events brand!
