Facilities and Capacity
Featuring a plethora of indoor and outdoor spaces, Beacon Hill Winery & Vineyard successfully blends a countryside setting with rustic elegance.
The venue’s Estate Garden affords couples and their guests terrific views of the nearby vineyard which is located in the valley, while the space itself is alluringly charming. A variety of striking attributes make this a pleasant setting to host wedding celebrations of all types. With an elegant water fountain to add a touch of sophistication, a delightful arbor dressed with red and white grapes, and ample room to mix and mingle, it possesses a lot of exquisite features for wedding ceremonies. With ease, this outdoor space could accommodate 150 wedding guests.
The venue’s La Colina Ballroom offers a remarkable indoor setting that could ideally host weddings - lavish or not. Dark wood floors, golden-brown painted walls, and muted purple drapes add dashes of refinement to the decor. When decked out with large wooden tables, adorned with floral centerpieces, and filled with a room of your close family and friends, it makes for a glorious space to host a late-night reception.
The Fireside Room is another one of the venue’s spaces. Here, the couple of honor and their guests can relax by the imposing fireplace - featuring deer antlers and tall wax candles. Ample seating and plush furniture is provided, while there is also a great deal of room to maneuver around the rest of the tiled floor space.
An outdoor patio, authentic wine cellar, and mezzanine make up the rest of the venue’s fascinating spaces.
Not alone is this a wondrous setting - inside and out - but the services available here help add to its already sterling attraction. A get-ready suite is available for the bridal party to make use of throughout the event, which is ideal for dress changes or makeup touch-ups. Bartenders, an event planning service, and guest parking, can each also be made available.
Beacon Hill Winery & Vineyard comprises 40 acres of land, over half of which is used to cultivate pinot noir, chardonnay, and other fine wines. Owned by husband-and-wife duo George Hillberry and Carla Rodriguez, it was purchased by them from a farmer in 2011. Now, as well as being a genuine vineyard, the venue hosts wedding celebrations - yours might be the next.

This is a fantastic location for the wedding. Jamie, the events manager, helped us a lot with the vendor list and the overall recommendations for the timeline and the floor outline - super helpful to us because we are not familiar with the area and couldn't come to the venue often. The views are breathtaking and the included stay at the guest house was a nice bonus (not to mention much needed after a busy day). The bridal suite on site was well-equipped and there's plenty of space to accommodate large crowds - our wedding was 50 people and there was plenty of space to wander around. The hours were a little limited since it's a working winery but it was enough time to have a blast with our guests. We got tons of compliments on our venue choice. Overall, highly recommend if you're considering a winery wedding!Sent on 06/04/2019

Beautiful Oregon Wine Country Venue
From start to finish, our experience with working with Beacon Hill was nothing but exceptional. Michelle, who has since retired, treated us like family and made every step of the planning process fun and exciting. The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking and can be transformed into whatever you need it to be. We even had to move inside about a half an hour before the wedding ceremony started due to rain and it ended up being so incredibly beautiful, we hardly even noticed it was Plan B!Sent on 01/30/2019
We couldn't be happier with using Beacon Hill for our September wedding. The venue even has a few housing options for you to rent- we used the larger house on the property the night before for a girls night and then my husband and I stayed in the cabin at the top of the property for two nights after the wedding. Both were exceptional and well stocked. The cabin in particular is so quaint, just what the two of you need after a wedding weekend!
