  Stunning location and exceptional service

  I can't say enough about the awesome experience we had at Beacon Hill winery for my son's wedding. As is the case with many other couples, my son and his fiance had to reschedule a smaller wedding because of the current circumstances. Chris and his team at Beacon Hill saved the day with their beautiful venue, perfect for 50 or less to have the wedding of a lifetime. The VRBO 3 bedroom home on the property was perfect for the family to gather in the night before for a rehearsal dinner with Beacon Hill wine of course. The couple stayed on their wedding night too. The winery has most of the tables and chairs you will need for an indoor or outdoor wedding and you may use them at no extra charge, and they have an amazing short list of preferred caterers. We had three separate areas to use to plan the event, the downstairs fireside room for the ceremony, complete with a sweeping staircase for the wedding party to make their entrance, the upstairs foyer for the wine and hors de oeuvre reception and the upstairs dining room with glorious views of the vineyard. You will be so thrilled to have your micro wedding here. Such a great place!

  Stunning Wedding at Beacon Hill

  Let me begin by saying Beacon Hill Winery (BHW) was an amazing place to get married! Our original venue ended up cancelling on us so my wife and I had to scramble to find another location, and we are certainly happy that we paid BHW a visit. The grounds itself is beautiful and there was plenty of space to host our 140 guests comfortably. The ceremony took place next to the arbor, with the winery fields in the background and it was gorgeous. We were fortunate to rent the house that is on the property the night before and the night of our wedding. It was nice to be able to bring decorations, table settings, clothes, etc. the day before so everything was ready to go for easy set up the next day. The dance floor is located on the stone patio in front of the tasting room and with the lights they have set up, it served as an excellent space for dancing, garter toss, bouquet toss, etc.
  
  We also had our rehearsal dinner at BHW the night before the wedding, which allowed our family and closest friends to fully enjoy the beauty and hospitality of Beacon Hill. There were over 60 people at the rehearsal. We were able to line rectangular tables under the arbor, which made for a beautiful dinner setup. We brought in a family friend to cater the rehearsal dinner. The BHW staff directly communicated with the caterer and were very accommodating as they helped plan all the logistics – when to arrive, what cooking equipment they needed to bring as it was not available at the rental house, etc. It made our rehearsal dinner memorable – delicious food and great company. I would recommend having your rehearsal dinner at BHW, along with your wedding.
  
  I cannot say enough nice things about Jamie Sheeler, the wedding coordinator for BHW. She was always very prompt in communicating with us, which was especially important the week before we got married, as we needed to rent a tent at the last minute due to possible rain. She did so much for us during the rehearsal and the wedding day and we appreciated it so so much. During the rehearsal, our wireless Bluetooth speaker stopped working unless she was carrying it, so she graciously held it and even followed my wife and her dad down the aisle. We have video evidence as proof! She was wonderful to work with and we were both happy she was there to support us.
  
  We are both looking forward to our one year anniversary as we plan to return to BHW to celebrate! “

  August Wedding at Beacon Hill

  We had a wonderful experience hosting our wedding at Beacon Hill. Jamie was so helpful throughout the entire planning process and very quick to respond to all of my emails with questions and concerns. The day of the wedding, everything went absolutely perfectly and the Beacon Hill staff was so gracious and on top of everything. So many guests commented on how friendly the bartenders were! The location is absolutely gorgeous and we didn't have to decorate at all, the rolling fields and garden were a perfect backdrop for our ceremony and reception. Beyond the wonderful staff and the beautiful site, the wine at Beacon Hill is amazing (the Rose in particular is delicious). Overall, we had a wonderful experience and received compliments from many of our guests. I would highly recommend Beacon Hill as a wedding venue.

  Wonderful Experience

  Beacon Hill has a superb view and friendly staffs. We have received so many compliments from both our guest and family. We were comfortable working with Event Manager Jamie and received that flexible and helpful support through the entire process. Also, we enjoy the cabin so much, we are already looking forward to spending our anniversary there again… It was a pleasant working experience, and I strongly recommend to the other brides.
  

  Beacon Hill has a superb view and friendly staffs. We have received so many compliments from both our guest and family.   Beautiful winery!

  This is a fantastic location for the wedding. Jamie, the events manager, helped us a lot with the vendor list and the overall recommendations for the timeline and the floor outline - super helpful to us because we are not familiar with the area and couldn't come to the venue often. The views are breathtaking and the included stay at the guest house was a nice bonus (not to mention much needed after a busy day). The bridal suite on site was well-equipped and there's plenty of space to accommodate large crowds - our wedding was 50 people and there was plenty of space to wander around. The hours were a little limited since it's a working winery but it was enough time to have a blast with our guests. We got tons of compliments on our venue choice. Overall, highly recommend if you're considering a winery wedding!

Michelle, who has since retired, treated us like family and made every step of the planning process fun and exciting. The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking and can be transformed into whatever you need it to be. We even had to move inside about a half an hour before the wedding ceremony started due to rain and it ended up being so incredibly beautiful, we hardly even noticed it was Plan B!

  We would absolutely recommend Beacon Hill Winery and Vineyard. Michele and the Beacon Hill team were wonderful to work with, incredibly accommodating, and very responsive. The venue was flawless!

Our day was so special in large part to this beautiful space!

  Completely beautiful venue!! We were planning everything from Asia and didn't even get a chance to make a site visit, but we are so glad we took a chance on this awesome place! Carla made reserving and booking the venue a very easy process. Michele, Beacon Hill's cheerful events manager, is extremely helpful and organized - she worked directly with our day-of coordinator wonderfully and was very proactive with suggestions to make our wedding even better. We had our summer wedding dinner outdoors and loved it, but I reckon that during colder months, even an indoor reception on the second floor of their Tasting Room would be beautiful as they have large windows with splendid views of the vineyard. Beacon Hill has great wines, which our guests enjoyed immensely. We also highly recommend booking the Cabin House (on Airbnb) for the wedding night as well - we enjoyed our stay there very much.
