Bambi was an absolute dream to work with and I can’t recommend her enough! We got married in downtown Chicago in July 2020 during COVID-19 and Bambi was so understanding/flexible with rescheduling of dates and ever changing guidelines. She was constantly thinking ahead and asked all the right questions during walkthroughs or vendors calls. Her experience and organization skills are immediately apparent and her packages are affordable. Most importantly she puts you at ease with her personable demeanor and she truly made our wedding day go off without hitch.

How can we thank Bambi enough for planning the wedding of our dreams? Through family illness and COVID-19, she still made planning a wedding feel easy, fun, and joyous. She took so much off of our plates and did so much behind the scenes to make sure our big day was nothing but fun and perfect. The wedding itself was absolutely stunning- she took into account our ideas and likes, and made it come together beautifully! My husband and I were in awe once we saw our gorgeous ceremony spot and reception. Bambi is also warm, responsive, kind, and caring. She feels like family and we just love her. Thank you so much, Bambi!!!

We did a small winter restaurant buyout for our wedding, but still needed help with day of coordination. We felt much more confident that things would go well under Bambi’s watchful eye. We can’t thank her enough for fitting into our budget and helping us feel confident that if there was a problem, she would just take care of it. She has lots of resources and ideas and will work to make anything happen for you.

Where do we begin?
Working with Bambi was an absolute dream in every way. We initially called Bambi based on a recommendation from our venue, Cafe Brauer. Though my husband and I met in Chicago, we moved to Wisconsin before we got engaged, and knew that planning a wedding from out of state would be too complicated for us to handle! We had a conference call with Bambi from our car, and within 2 minutes of speaking to her we both looked at each other shaking our heads- it was so obvious that she was the perfect fit for us. Bambi has a wonderful, easy going disposition and a great sense of humor- which was important to us. While this was our "big day", and it was incredibly important to us, we wanted to work with someone who was down to earth, approachable and understood the type of fun celebration we wanted to have. Bambi was that, times a million! She guided us through the whole process, kept everything organized, kept us on time and kept us smiling. Her recommendations of vendors were perfect, she respected our budget, and was very honest about what we should spend on, and what wasn't really "worth" the expense. We trusted her implicitly, and the result was a night we'll simply never forget! We consider her a friend, and recommend her to anyone who wants to have a perfect wedding!!!

We used Bambi to plan, coordinate and manage a Bat Mitzvah for us. She alone was all the things she needed to be for us. She introduced us to high quality 'other suppliers' from the DJ, event decor, invitations, photographer, venue, literally everything we needed. She respected how much we wanted to spend and had great ideas for keeping us in that range. Without question, best money spent and value out of all the services! We just rehired her for kid #2 mitzvah.

Bambi Rogers is the consummate professional. We were living in Florida and Northern Michigan and wanted to host a party for our California based son and new daughter in law in Chicago. The Venue, the band, the food, decor, logistics, photography, and invitations were tasteful, and first class in every way. She was able to communicate the options available, budget accurately, and provide the hands on expertise needed to orchestrate the party to its most successful conclusion. It was a wonderful party!
We would recommend BCR events without reservation. Bambi and her team and network of vendors are outstanding professionals.
