Birch Design Studio is a boutique event planning firm, specializing in private social events. We create unique, personalized and spectacular events for our clients.

We work comprehensively on each event, designing, managing and overseeing the execution of every detail, including invitations, menu planning, floral, prop and lighting décor, entertainment, specialty acts, transportation, security and beyond.

Each celebration we work on is crafted from the clients’ initial vision, paired with our event and design expertise, resulting in a bespoke event, uniquely tailored to our clients’ needs.

We have worked on a wide variety of events (Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, Weddings, Birthdays, Launches and Openings) throughout the Midwest, as well as nationally, anywhere from Peoria to New York City, from Scottsdale to the Hamptons!
