BBJ was amazing. I went in 4 days before my wedding to order linens and they were not only able to get them to the venue on time, but there wasn't any additional charges. BBJ ships the linens to the venue and provides a return duffle bag with a pre-paid UPS label. Make sure you have all your linens otherwise they will charge and it's not cheap, but they make everything very easy.

Very extensive line of linen (tablecloths, napkins, chair covers, chargers etc.). They were able to match my colors perfectly. They were able to accommodate last minute changes and were very professional. The service was flawless and the room looked spectacular. Cindy was very friendly and a joy to work with. She knew what I wanted even before I did. Worked perfectly with my venue and flowers vendor to create the most beautiful setting.

BBJ was great. I had the hardest time picking a color scheme and finding linens to match. All the linens everywhere else weren't good enough, the fabrics looked cheap and didn't have enough color selection. As soon as I walked into BBJ they were so helpful and I found my linens literally within just a couple minutes. AND I saved a lot of money because they let you pick up your own linens so you don't have to pay extra for delivery and setup. They also allowed me to take my linen to my sample setting with florist no problem. THANKS Kristin and BBJ!

I had a very nice experience in their showroom. The woman who helped us was very helpful and knowledgeable. She knew what would look good together and what wouldn't work. They worked with our budget and were very accommodating.
The only throwback was there was a miscommunication between the person working our event at the venue and BBJ. BBJ was supposed to come pick up the linen when the reception was over but the venue told my parents they needed to pull all the linen and take it with them. When BBJ showed up they were shocked. They followed up by coming to my parent’s house to pick up the linens and were very apologetic in regards to the mix up.
BBJ has the advantage of being one of the few linen companies in the East Valley so they are able to price themselves where they want. I felt they were a little pricey but they worked with our budget and were friendly the WHOLE time! OVERALL A GREAT CHOICE!
