B.D. and his team were so great to work with. We held an intimate wedding that had the style of a dinner party, so we wanted both a mix of jazz and more upbeat music. His band has a lot of range, playing funk, R&B, pop and rock music. B.D. was perfect for that vision, and our guests loved the music! He also learned a couple songs for our ceremony.

We recommend him for anyone looking for a wedding band.

It was an amazing experience! Everyone was enamored by their performance. They coordinated with the catering to enhance the Ceremony and Cocktail Hour. The Jazz Trio was very talented and professional.

Although this review is super late, we wanted to make a point to give BD and his band a great review because we could not have been happier in our choice for a wedding band.
1) After dealing with other bands and entertainment companies which felt like talking to car salesmen, BD Lenz was a breath of fresh air. He was direct and honest about what he had to offer. He let us take the time we needed to decide, rather than being pushy like a lot of other vendors. He was always professional, direct, and timely in communication.
2) The quality of this band was amazing! They are so great, and we received many compliments on the band from wedding guests. People were dancing all night. Their list of songs is impressive, and includes both popular songs and also rock/funk songs which we loved. He also learned 2 songs for us at our request.
3) The value of this band is incredible. As you may know already from your wedding searches, going for a band rather than a DJ will cost you. That being said, the price we paid for BD Lenz was a bargain compared with many other bands who we were less impressed with. We felt like we were very lucky to have happened upon and booked BD for our wedding.

These guys and girl are so amazing I flew them to Georgia for my wedding. Guests had a great time, but by far the facorite part was the band. I have heard compliment after compliment (really raving) about how they made the wedding so much fun. I love them!!

BD Lenz was extraordinarily professional and helpful in the planning stages, always promptly responding to our varied inquiries, and accommodating us throughout the process. He made the process a lot smoother, particularly as we got close to the date. Even more impressive, though, was his performance. BD Lenz learned 2 songs for the acoustic guitar for our ceremony and played them perfectly, and his fantastic band picked up two additional songs by request and added some flair and their own jazz/Motown spin to them. This was in addition to playing over two hours of excellent music on a hot summer day. Just a remarkable job by them; I offer my strongest recommendation.

By far the BEST Band EVER... Wedding or not! This band had our entire ballroom full of guests up and dancing the entire night! BD Lenz was the most laid-back of all the vendors I hired, yet he was incredibly professional. I was totally blown away with his band. BD played a great selection of music.. there was all smooth transitions and it seemed like everything was perfectly planned, especially the iPod music! DURING the wedding, a bunch of guests came up to me and said how much they loved the band. I thought the singer was out of this world.. but really, every single musician was just on top of it. I am so happy we went with BD!
