Facilities and Capacity
The dedicated team at Aurora Cellars Estate has hosted countless gatherings. For a larger gathering, up to 300 of your loved ones can be seated by the estate’s immaculate willow tree. You and your guests will then retire to the Reception Tent to dine and celebrate together. Throughout the grounds, guests can play the delightful yard games set up across the lawns, and enjoy the sunset by the bonfire. You and your loved ones are welcome to stay in one of the luxury suites in the estate’s Victorian Farmhouse, ideal for out-of-town loved ones.

Aurora Cellars Estate offers a wide range of services for soon-to-be-newlyweds and their guests. A number of event items will be available for use, including wooden farm tables, chairs, eye-catching chandeliers, and heaters for the cooler months allowing you to fully enjoy the evening on our beautiful Estate grouds.

Aurora Cellars is one of my favorite northern Michigan venues. The rolling vineyards, the romantic weeping willow tree as a ceremony backdrop, the idyllic cottage with well-appointed decor, the cozy bonfire pit, and the charming wooden farm tables included in the site fee make an ideal setting for a beautiful and meaningful wedding weekend. Kim and her team are delightful to work with--very attentive, responsive, organized, and passionate about providing a great experience for their couples and guests. As a wedding planner, I have worked in over fifty venues across two states and this is easily one of the best!
As a Photography and Videography team we (ILE Photography & Video) had the honor of capturing special "One of A Kind" moments at Aurora Cellars Estate in Lake Leelanau, MI. There grounds were immaculate and the scenery was breath taking. The sunsets are very moving and the vineyard is by far one of the most pleasant sights in Michigan. The couple that we were capturing came from the Detroit area just to partake of the Aurora Cellars eye candy and have it apart of their wedding that will last forever. They have super helpful staff that makes sure you have everything that you need and more. As far as venues are concerned Aurora Cellars is top notch and should be considered by anyone looking for an awesome outdoor wedding or event.
