I've taken in several jewelry repairs; the turnaround is quick and price is beyond reasonable. My engagement ring is an odd shape (and of course, with my luck, did not have a matching wedding band) and I looked in countless numbers of jewelry stores for any wedding band that would either compliment or not overpower my engagement ring and as soon as I walked into Au Inc., I felt immediately relieved that they would be able to help me! John, the owner, was extremely helpful and with his expertise, we were able to find a band in a catalog of rings that he felt would work perfectly with my engagement ring. I was a bit skeptical that the wedding band would be a good match, but John assured me that if I was not satisfied that he could return it and that he would be able to custom make something for me.

Well, as soon as the band arrived at the store, John called me and sure enough, the band was perfect and very affordable! I would recommend this jeweler to anyone- it has been around for many years, the people that work there are very friendly and knowledgeable and although there is not an incredible amount of "stock" in the store, they are able to order pieces and also custom make things!

John at Au Inc. is the most amazing jeweler I have ever encountered. Not only did he design my engagement band from a photo my then Fiance had given him, he did it 1 week's time. Because I had a custom engagement band, I was then faced with the problem of trying to find a wedding band that fit along side of it. We instantly decided to go back to see John. Not only did he work with me to design my wedding band, he made sure that my two bands fit together. The craftsmanship is beautiful. John will design anything you want, as long as he can make it structually sound. And from there - you know that he will never make that piece for another customer again. He does not replicate his own designs, so you know that you are getting a one of a kind custom piece designed JUST for you. I think that right there is worth it's weight in gold - which is quite expensive these days. But, having said that, if you wanted custom designed gold jewelery, he will definitely create something spectactular. Au Inc. Jewelers were a gem to deal with! I highly recommend them!
