Are you looking for a small (maybe family owned?) place filled with nice people who want you to be happy and try really hard to deliver you the perfect piece? This is your place. I worked with Rahul on a custom wedding ring to go with an antique engagement ring. I wanted something really simple and we worked together to make it happen. After making the first mold according to my specifications, he called me to take a look, which allowed me to see that it was thicker than I wanted. He thinned it down a bit and delivered me exactly what I REALLY wanted, and for a very reasonable price to boot.

Rahul helped us to customize the design on my engagement ring and pick out the solitaire diamond as well as each of the channel set diamonds and sapphires in the setting (originally it was only diamonds but he helped us customize it). He also helped us to create a customized wedding band since the company that made the engagement ring didn't have a matching band. He was able to keep the prices down as much as possible because he doesn't do retail mark up. We got a great product at a much better price than we would have gotten at other more retail-oriented stores. Plus, we got to be very involved in the process of creating our rings and he welcomed our questions and ideas to make it really feel like our rings are unique!
