About

At Your Service Event Management will fill in the gaps when your event does not involve a full service caterer. Perhaps you want to get food from your favorite restaurant or bakery but you need service staff at the event. Perhaps you want to prepare the food yourself or someone in your circle of family and friends loves to cook; you may want assistance in the kitchen as well. We can back you up with guidance, organization and some people power or we can take charge and manage every detail. Essentially, we provide the professional staff to make it all happen.

For smaller, less structured events, consider our popular al la carte event staffing service. It is designed for the host that wants to do as much as possible themselves but may just want some assistance during event to help serve and clean up. We are able to provide skilled servers, kitchen assistants and TIPS certified bartenders, to ensure a stress free and memorable event. The possibilities are endless. We will help with your rehearsal dinners, cocktail parties, neighborhood cook outs, family celebrations and holiday gatherings. Rates start at $60.00 per hour. (4) hour minimum. Additional staff is discounted to $40.00 per hour.

If you find that you have the vision and the plan but the demands on your time do not allow you to tend to every item on your list, allow us to provide an experienced Event Manager who will execute those tasks. We will oversee set up/clean up, event service, timeline management and vendor coordination. Rates start at $90.00 per hour. (10) hour minimum.

We realize that sometimes, even the most seasoned and organized host may welcome some recommendations as well as assistance sorting through all of the options. For this host, AT YOUR SERVICE provides planning and coordinating services which include enthusiastic, professional personnel who will track ideas, manage tasks, run errands and oversee your event to the most precise detail. In addition, we will gladly offer a complete list of preferred vendors. Rates start at $120.00 per hour. (Minimums apply)

Professional Team for a Flawless Wedding

I had the pleasure of working with the team from At Your Service Event Management (AYS) as they are the primary event partner for Shupe Homestead, where we held our wedding. The team from AYS brings professionalism and experience that provides a level of coordination and orchestration that made our wedding flawless. As the bride, I had literally no stress or concern leading up to our wedding, and the execution on our wedding day was absolutely perfect. Great Experience

We hired the folks from At Your Service to take care of clearing tables, replenishing hors d'oeuvres, helping guests park their cars, bartending, moving ceremony chairs to the reception, serving pie, and anything else our wedding planner (Jolly Events) asked them to help with. Our daughter's wedding was at our property so the AYS team used our kitchen and garage throughout the evening - I don't think they could have left everything much neater. Trish, Eric, and the rest of the team were polite and hardworking. Thank you all very much for making our daughter's wedding a special day. We recommend AYS.

I simply cannot say enough great things about At Your Service. I was the main wedding planner, the officiant, and a bridesmaid for my best friend's wedding last September. Needless to say, I had a lot going on!! At every turn they were one step ahead. I gave them a very brief overview of everything at the venue and they ran with it! I was struggling with the cake display and Trish took over and made it so beautiful. They really know what they're doing! They were efficient but never in the way of the guests or flow of the wedding. The bartender was friendly and provided great bar service. To contrast a previous review, guests at this wedding were insisting that a tip jar be put out and Trish kept putting it away! They deserved every extra dollar. They cleaned up more than what was agreed upon and made load out a breeze for us. You simply can't get the value of At Your Service with any other caterer. I work in the wedding industry and would recommend At Your Service over any other caterer I've worked with! Thank you, Trish, Jim, and the At Your Service team!! You all were a HUGE part of the incredible event.

The Team to Hire!

The At Your Service team did an amazing job with our Shupe Homestead wedding. Even with a little blip right before the wedding when our last meeting had to be canceled, Jim's wife, Trish, stepped in and eased our worries, answered our questions, and helped us when we needed it. Jim came through on the day and went above and beyond. Have faith that this is a professional team that knows what they are doing and how to make you feel like royalty on your wedding day!! We tremendously appreciate everything this team did to make our dream wedding a reality!!

We highly recommend AYS. Trish was wonderful to talk with leading up to our wedding and put to rest many of the anxieties we were having. On our wedding day she and the team were outstanding. We could not have asked for a more attentive staff, and Trish was thoughtful and went above and beyond. Even our guests noticed the wonderful service and we had many comment about how friendly and hardworking the staff was.

The venue I used for my wedding (Lone Hawk Farm) required either full service catering or a wait staff which held a liquor liability. At Your Service was the suggested vendor by the owner, Kristin, and their familiarity with the venue was an added bonus. Admittedly, they are very hard to get in contact with during the busy season via email - you will need to call them to get their attention. That being said, when I did finally meet with Jim to discuss the event and put together a contract he was very knowledgeable, and had a lot of great suggestions that helped me get going in the right directions. They are very thorough and professional, and very much worth the price.

Jim is truly a gem! I have absolutely NEVER worked with someone who is so incredibly considerate and in touch with "what will look good in the photography." The bride told me that the center pieces he set up were "exactly" what she wanted, she was so happy. He treated our bride and groom like royals and that is something I see as very important on your wedding day. I can see why this particular venue works exclusively with his company.
