After booking Ashley, she conducted a phone consultation where we discussed what we wanted and what would be possible given seasonality and timing of our wedding as well as the types and number of arrangements we would need. During our planning process she was flexible when we decided to push our date forward 6 months. We would end up relying heavily on Ashley’s artistic instincts by asking vaguely for “some dried elements” in our arrangement. She chose cotton and lotus pods which worked beautifully for our November wedding. Additionally, we had a non-standard vision of incorporating brass charms into the groomsmen’s boutonnieres and Ashley made that vision a reality as though it were the most common of requests. Despite asking for the moon, we were unable to find the word ‘no’ in her vocabulary. On the day of, Ashley was prompt and efficient, going out of her way to ensure that everything looked picture perfect for our ceremony at both the Multicultural Arts Center and reception at Commonwealth Cambridge. Her attention to detail was instrumental in ensuring that our day went as smoothly as possible.

Ashley was so amazing to work with for my wedding this past September! After postponing and changing my color palette slightly for a different season, she was so flexible and had great communication with me during these changes. I’m a wedding planner and have seen Ashley’s art unfold before me at a few events. When it was time to plan my own wedding, I turned to her. From the beginning of working with Ashley at Haven Floral Company, I felt confident that the flowers at my wedding would be beautiful.

I entered the conversation with little knowledge of the names of flowers I wanted and a Pinterest board exploding with (waaaay too many) ideas. Within one conversation, Ashley knew what I wanted and created a the floral color palette of my dreams. Her use of color, concept, and design was unbelievable and I was so thrilled with everything she created for our special day.

On top of it all, our wedding plans changed because of the pandemic. Not only did she travel to our new venue, but she worked with me to design a new concept for the aisle that fit the new space. She ended up making a floral installation on the ground that framed our ceremony perfectly, and looked as if it was naturally growing there.

Ashley also made a beautiful floral crown that fit my hairstyle and was so comfortable I wore it until I went to bed. On top of it all, she made a separate floral installation on a bench where family and friends sat, took photos and enjoyed the view all night. Her work was amazing.

I don’t know a lot about flowers, but she knew exactly what I meant when I tried to describe this vision. She made a visual mood board of what to expect, and we love what she created for us! When the pandemic hit, and we had a last minute change of venue, she adjusted this plan and kept it within our original budget. Ashley is extremely talented, and we are so happy we hired her!

I found Ashley on Instagram and knew her style would be perfect for our fall wedding in the North Shore area. She was able to take sample photos and color palettes and create beautiful bouquets, table long greenery and flowered centerpieces, fall colored garnet and white flowers for the cake, and an amazing sweetheart table bouquet. She was always quick to respond and made time to meet up a few weeks before the wedding to organize anything and alleviate my pre-wedding stress. Ashley was wonderful! We met multiple times leading up to wedding day to talk about visions and ashley was so sweet to bounce ideas off of and was incredibly organized.
