Okay so this vendor review has me all type of emotions because I picked my Cinematography/Videographer soley based on their website; i actually googled vendors in NY/LI because I am from NJ but was getting married in LI and had no idea where to start - and I stumbled upon their website. I could tell from their page they would be AMAZING as well as the type of people I wanted around me on the big day!

I am so so so happy I choose them Keri, James, and their daughter Ashley! They are not only three of the kindness, caring, most hardworking people I have ever met but you can actually feel how much they love what they do! I met with them over the phone and their attention to detail was incredible! When i met them day of I literally thought I hit the jack pot - they provided full day coverage from start to finish had to be almost 12 hours of work or more & were able to provide me our wedding video in less then a week! The transitions, music and moments captured I am forever grateful for , there are no words!! Less than 3 weeks and they provided me all the raw footage as well - literally INCREDIBLE! They were the best decision I made for our wedding!

Not only was the work amazing but so were their personalities and I could not have asked for better people to be with me on such an important day. They brought a calmness and were able to get my photo/video hating husband to participate with ease (and that is not an easy job and they did it with huge smiles) I could not stop hugging them, they were incredible! My entire family loved them and have not stopped raving about them to everyone we know!

My husband and I reached out to Keri & James to help film a very special day. My parents were unable to attend our wedding in Hawaii due to my dad having serious medical complications which eventually lead to a heart transplant. We wanted to ensure we celebrated with my family back in New York and arranged a backyard celebration with friends and family on Father’s Day Weekend. Needless to say, it was a very emotional day as my dad and I had our walk down the aisle and father-daughter dance. We couldn't have asked for better videographers to capture such special moments. Ashley Film Studios were very professional and never seemed to be in the way. But they captured the simplest details to the most important and created a most perfect film that will be enjoyed for years to come.

Keri and James are very professional videographers with a hint of comedy! They arrived on time for my wedding day in style and rolled with the day. They made me feel extremely comfortable, getting ready hair/makeup, to putting on my dress/jewelry, to getting to the venue, they captured all the details in such creative ways. They did an amazing job editing the video too. Sometimes, I watch the video for fun just to sing along to the amazing song they chose and to relive the memories of my wedding. A wedding video is something you shouldn’t skimp on when it comes to your wedding, there are no do overs. I would highly recommend Keri and James who I reiterate are true professionals and offer very competitive rates. So don’t pass them up, consider them to capture your next event however small or big that event may be.

James and Kerri made the most beautiful video for our wedding. They really captured the good vibes and casual elegance of our wedding while also letting our quirks shine through. I laughed, and cried! The drone shots of the farm really showed the beauty of the place. Thank you so much for capturing the best day of our lives on video!

Keri and James made us feel at ease from the first moment we met them. Unlike other videographers we had met with, it was obvious how much they enjoy what they do and their priority is the couple’s story. This clearly comes through in the beautiful videos they created. While filming, they were unobtrusive yet were still able to capture many moments of the day. They both made everyone feel comfortable and there were many times we forgot they were there. Before the wedding, they reached out multiple times to ensure they were well prepared to produce a film we would enjoy for years to come. Before booking with them, James said they typically get the videos done in less than a month. I found this very hard to believe as most videographers can take six months or longer. We were blown away with not only the quality of the short and longer film, but the speed in which we received the finished products. Our short video was done within a week and the longer one less than two weeks after the wedding. We cannot say enough good things about Ashley Film Studio!

James and Keri were wonderful to work with. They took the time to ask us questions and get to know us as a couple. They created a beautiful cinematic film of our day. They captured all the details of our wedding and we enjoy watching our film over and over. I highly recommend you hire this company. Don't trust your most precious memories with just any company.
