We used Ashcroft for both of our bands. We decided to purchase the lifetime protection on them which was the right decision. One of the Dimonds fell out of my wife’s band, we took it in and the my had it fixed and back to us in a few days. When we dropped the ring of, one of the ladies, struck up a conversation with us even though we weren’t purchasing anything. She offered to clean and polish our rings (one of which was not purchased with them). We were treated like people, not customers. I will definitely be shopping with them again!

We bought my wedding band there and was able to match my engagement ring perfectly. Not only was it the perfect band, they included the soldering of my bands in the purchase, even though my engagement band was purchased at another store. They gave the standard 7 day window for soldering them, but I got my set back in a little over 24hrs.

Fell in love with my ring and it is unique and special to me-- it didn't look like a cookie cutter ring from a multi chain store you can find at every corner In the mall. I got a 1 ct tw ring on sale with excellent cut, clarity, & color. Bought a wedding band and insurance for both rings as well. Rings were sized quickly and when he proposed it fit like a glove. I recommend to my girlfriends in serious relationships :)
