I came to Arzelle's with my mom and sister! We all had a great time talking with Kimmia. She let me pick out my own dresses to try on, take as many pictures as I liked, and continued to answer my questions months after I purchased my dress. They did my alterations in the store and steamed my dress before my bridal portraits and then again before my wedding day! They took such good care of me and my dress, always making sure I was prepared for the next set of the wedding process. Seriously the most friendly service ever! We love Arzelle's Bridal!!!

I had a bad experience at another dress shop and decided I would order a dress online, but my mom made me schedule an appointment at Arzelle’s. Everyone I interacted with from that point on was amazingly helpful, plus I found my dress!

Every step of the way from choosing my dress through the alterations, I felt like I was the most important person in the world.

I found my perfect dress at Arzelle’s Bridal in Nashville, TN. I did what most brides want to do, go around the boutique and choose which dresses I wanted to try on.. from those I narrowed down 2-3, and tried them on again. I didn’t look at prices. I was pleasantly surprised that the dress I felt the most beautiful in wasn’t too expensive (more than I had hoped just because I love a good cheap find), but oh my gosh. It was so worth it. It was the perfect vibe for our day! 🌿 don’t mind my pregnant belly in the dress. ☺️

Kimia at Arzelle's was extremely helpful and even opened the store for me on a day they were normally closed due to weather disrupting the arrival of a dress I ordered to try on! I had to try my dress on by myself because my friends had to leave the day before due to bad weather, so she helped me make a decision and I ended up saying "yes!" to a beautiful Alvina Valenta gown. I highly recommend Arzelle's!

Classy, gorgeous, romantic. It's not the biggest store ever, but I wanted to try on practically every dress on the racks. All the stylists were supportive, positive, and professional. Good range in prices too, and my fittings (although I had a few more than normal - I was very picky) went just fine. Best wedding dress shopping experience I had!

My experience at Arzelle's was terrific, I loved the dress I picked out and the seamstress did exactly what I wanted! She has been working there for about 10 years and she was very good at what she does! My fittings were all on time and the whole process was simple. I would absolutely look here first for your dress before going elsewhere, it was actually my last spot to look and it was the best!

The women that work at Arzelle's are very calm and helpful. The lady that did the alterations was amazing. It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. Only tried on one dress!!

This was a complete dream experience. The bride decided to change her dress four weeks prior to the wedding. Arzelle's suggested a beautiful dress within our budget, obtained it, altered it to an amazing fit, and was pleasant and encouraging during the whole process. The two ladies who helped us were simply phenomenal. We will have the entire outfit a week before the big day. I simply can't say enough good words about this shop. I highly recommend all brides start here!
