The short version: This bridal store experience blew all others out of the water, and it's not even close. They were amazing, attentive and intuitive.

The long version: This was my fourth and final stop for wedding dress shopping, and after a very long, overwhelming weekend, trying on dresses in this store with this team was like finally getting to exhale after holding your breath. They had done a lot of pre-work to make sure we used our time in the store efficiently (asking in advance for my wedding date, venue, pictures of inspiration, descriptions, likes and dislikes, etc.) and already had four dresses ready for me to try on before I even walked in the store. Most impressively, to me, was that I had been *saying* I liked one thing and showing them pictures of models wearing it, but when they asked to see my favorite dresses from the other stores, they noticed that what I really liked and kept gravitating toward was another thing. And from there — after my aha! moment — it was easy.

We were offered champagne, which was a plus (didn't get that anywhere else)! But my mom especially has continued to remark on the music that was playing, how sweet and cute the team was, and how attentive they were and how well they listened to me. It was low-key, which is what I needed, but also super fun.

I underestimated how overstimulating wedding dress shopping can be, and a couple of the places I visited kind of made me just want to walk out the door (or hide under the big bulky dresses they were putting me in). But Adorn was fabulous from top to bottom, and they patiently talked me through and walked me through every option available until we had customized not only the wedding dress of my dreams but one that made me feel like ME. That last part is so important!

I know this is getting long, but truly, I had such a wonderful experience. Before walking into Adorn, I felt like I was going to have to choose between a couple of different styles of dresses and details that I really liked (or buy two dresses, which seemed financially unrealistic). I was already kind of sad and wistful thinking about what I WOULDN'T get to have. But the team at Adorn created a dress that literally had every tiny detail and touch I wanted. I had to compromise nothing!! I never expected to be so excited about my wedding dress, but I am. I can't stop thinking about it or going back to look at the videos and pictures. The team — and Alix specifically, in my case — is that good. Go see what I mean.

I tried on multiple wedding dresses at 7 different dress stores and found my dream dress at Adorn Nashville. I learned that the Enzoani designer is my favorite and makes top quality dresses. The dresses from this store were a noticeably better quality in photos and in person than the others I had tried on. My dress had lots of lace detail with a see through layer on the sides, buttons, a glitter layer, tulle sleeves/tulle detail on the front, etc. They were extremely helpful on finding my perfect dress that had everything I was looking for in it. My stylist always listened to my feedback on what I loved or didn’t like as much about a dress and kept pulling things based on my feedback until we got it right. I was even able to order my dress in a different color than I had tried on & added buttons to go all the way down the train. They can pretty much customize any dress which is incredible. My stylist was so nice and gave me no pressure at all other than wanting me to pick what I will feel comfortable and beautiful in. I cried as soon as I tried on “the” dress because I knew it was the one. They email you lots of wedding tips & provide you with different alterations contact info as well. My dress ended up being huge on me when it came in which made alterations very pricey so I wish I would have ordered a smaller dress size but other than that my experience at Adorn was the best. Thank you guys for everything! I felt like a beautiful bride in my dress and got so many compliments on it. If you’re wedding dress shopping I highly recommend Adorn Nashville!

My dress shopping experience at Adorn was nothing but perfect from the start! I worked with Bella and she was amazing in helping me find the perfect dress. As someone who didn’t know what dress she wanted, Bella listened to my thoughts, made recommendations, and perfectly adapted to my tastes toward different styles of dresses in order to eventually find my dream dress. She even went above and beyond to attend my alteration appointments to ensure my dress fit perfectly. I have nothing but high praises for Adorn and their staff. Adorn Nashville was such a great find. The ease of selecting a wedding dress here was super easy. I requested an appointment with them and was messaged very shortly afterwards. They asked me to send a few styles that I loved so they would have a good idea of what I was looking for. I worked with Bella and she was amazing. Super sweet and helpful with everything. I found “the one” the day of my appt after trying on just a few dresses. This was also the first boutique I had gone to. Loved Adorn!

Words cannot express how grateful I am for Jenifer and Bella at Adorn! I found the perfect dress through these girls expertise. I sent various pictures before my appointment not knowing that they would be able to completely fit my body shape, wants, and make my bridesmaids, grandma, and mom happy! They helped me make my vision come true. It was the first wedding dress I tried on so they were very respectful of me not choosing right then and there and made time for us to come back right before my families flight. Throughout the wedding process they were helpful with wedding accessories and even helped me find the most comfortable shoes & the BEST help with alterations. And after, they made it so easy to preserve my dress and important pieces from my big day! They truly made me feel so special and made sure they were readily available for any and all questions we ever had. I cannot say enough about how friendly and accommodating the team is at adorn. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! Now can I wear my dress everyday!?!?!?

If there were more stars to give, I would. From the week PRIOR to my appointment the ladies at Adorn went above and beyond to make this the perfect experience. They were the only bridal store of the 3 visited that made the effort to get to understand me before my arrival. They had dresses pulled already, took note of what I like and didn’t from each and made recommendations. We did nothing but enjoy and let those ladies do what they are experts at! They were also fun, adorable and made me feel special - just like every bride-to-be should when saying yes to the dress!!

I could write for days about how amazing this place is and these ladies were. I truly couldn’t have dreamt of a better experience. The place was gorgeous, the staff was a delight, and the dresses were jaw dropping! 10/10 on every level!

Honestly this was the best experience I could have ever asked for. I had gone to three other bridal shops before coming to Adorn and while they were okay, they didn’t even compare to Adorn! Jennifer and Alix were the two consultants that I got to work with every time I came in and let me tell you.... they are the sweetest most professional girls I worked with during my whole shopping experience. They truly know exactly what they’re doing. {They aren’t high school or college kids just trying to make some cash.} They aren’t pushy like some other places. I’m the most indecisive person ever, so they let me leave and think about my dress, {even though we all knew it was THE one} come back later, try it on again, and then purchase it. Even when I was being crazy and emotional over the size of dress I should’ve ordered Jennifer helped talk me off the ledge and ease my mind. I honestly could go on and on about how amazing they are! Oh, and I guess I should mention their dress selection is AMAZING!

When you think about your “wedding dress try on experience” you think of the Kleinfield brides on “say yes to the dress” and you picture that for yourself (or at least I did). Alex, and Jen we’re the sweetest souls and helped me so much. They were positive, encouraging to try things on that I may not have picked for myself and most importantly, didn’t let me sway from the budget to drastically unless I was dead set on trying it on. They helped me choose my customizations and my dream dress! 100% recommend Adorn!!!

I had the best experience finding my wedding dress. Adorn was my first stop, and the dress I ended up with ended up being the first one I ever put on! They met with me first to learn what styles I was looking for, what my budget was, and only brought out options that fit into those areas. Every dress they pulled was gorgeous, but when I walked out in that first dress, we all started crying, and I felt like the most beautiful bride. Thank you for such a special experience!
