Standing for 99 years before its major 2021 renovation, the Stavrand boasts an ageless, vintage aesthetic alongside its modern amenities. Redwoods, fruit trees, and mature conifers surround the space, to give your special day both a sense of privacy and a visually-rich atmosphere. An elegant courtyard complete with welcoming firepits gives arriving guests a warm, relaxed greeting before they arrive at the ceremony and reception. The main house and the other two guestroom buildings encircling the courtyard feature a total of 21 guest rooms to choose from, to ensure that you are well-rested and energized for your life-changing event. Each building offers lounge furniture and upscale-yet-inviting decor, to make soon-to-be-weds and their entourage feel right at home. The historic Belden House serves as the heart of the property, and showcases two grand wood-burning fireplaces that create the perfect atmosphere for breakfast, relaxing with a book or board game, or even enjoying a memorable rehearsal dinner. At the corner of the estate, elegant gates lead to the Chef’s Meadow, an outdoor space that gives romantic ceremonies a panoramic backdrop as guests watch the happy couple exchange their vows. For indoor receptions, the onsite restaurant is an intimate space where guests can dine and dance underneath a modern, wrought iron chandelier. Sliding glass doors provide an overlook from the restaurant to the center courtyard and bathe your event in plenty of natural light.
