Anthony was recommended to us by a friend who is a professional documentary photographer. We were looking for someone who could capture special moments at our indoor/outdoor afternoon wedding, and that was Anthony 100%! He brought so much to the documentation of our wedding day — we LOVED seeing the finished album. He let us know exactly what to provide and expect, and handled everything like a pro so we didn't have to worry at all. Even when the father of the bride forgot his tie, Anthony handed his own over without blinking an eye. We highly recommend him!

Anthony is a wizard with the camera. His work is exceptional. We hired him for our wedding and stayed from 1:30 to 11. I almost never saw him take a break, he just kept getting in the action taking photographs that we didn't even expect. As my wife and I went through the pictures we got emotional as we wondered how and when he got the shots that he did. Not only did he take the absolute best quality photos, he adds an artistic touch that gives them vibrancy. He uses all of his surroundings: windows, mirrors, light, shade and more technical terms that I know nothing about. His true trade is photojournalism, so if you want a wedding photographer who not only takes great pictures where everyone smiles and says "Cheese!," but also chronicles the story of your wedding day, then Anthony is your man. He will capture emotion, intrigue, tears, joy, expressions, movement and sincerity that can only be found when nobody knows their picture is being taken. Additionally, he finished and sent us hundreds of photographs very shortly after our wedding! Though he finished the job quickly, it was anything but rushed. My wedding was the happiest day of my life and Mr. Lanzilote's amazing photography has allowed me to relive it at my leisure. Mr. Lanzilote is a true artist with an amazing eye and his technical expertise is as impressive as his amazing compositions.

Anthony did an excellent job capturing the heart and soul of our wedding. His team caught moments that we would have otherwise missed and approach the day like a photojournalist, rather than a fashion photographer. And somehow, he did it in an unobtrusive way, so we barely noticed that we were constantly being followed by cameras. Well worth the investment. Anthony is an incredibly talented photographer. He takes his work very seriously, which shows in the final result. He did my wedding and engagement pics, and we were thrilled with the results. We receive compliments on our pictures all the time.

Anthony photographed our rehearsal dinner and wedding along with Annie, his partner-in-crime (in the good way, no actual crimes were committed). Highest possible recommendation. The photos themselves came out excellent, but you can see that in his portfolio. Anthony himself was just the perfect photographer for us. He's incredibly down to earth and funny, and brought no pretentiousness or ego to the party. Pretty much every time I've been involved in other people's wedding photos I've cringed at the cornball setups and demeanor of the photogs—"Everybody say YAHTZEE!", that sort of thing. Anthony legitimately had me cracking up every time he was shooting, and had a wonderfully intuitive understanding of exactly what kind of vibe we wanted in our photos, even when we didn't have the vocabulary to explain it. Everything was done promptly and with clear communication, and we will make sure that every couple we know that's planning a wedding gets his contact info.

Annie took the getting-ready shots for the groom (me). I hadn't met her before, but if I was skeptical about spending such an important morning with my 3 best friends and a total stranger, she wiped that out immediately. She was just as fun and no-stress as Anthony, and her photos are equally terrific. They both felt like guests at our wedding, who just happened to be taking awesome photos the whole time. Can't thank them enough!

In short, Anthony was everything my husband and I were looking for in a wedding photographer.

We worked with him for both engagement and wedding photos. For me, one of the most important aspects was how at ease he made us feel while he was shooting. His emphasis on candid shots and being 'invisible' as we went about our day made us feel comfortable while he was shooting, even during portrait shots (hey, every wedding has to have them!). This comfortable feeling was further reinforced by the fact that he got along well with both our family and friends, bringing out the best in them as well.
