I can't say enough good things about Anna. She has completely reworked my prom dress into my dream wedding dress, altered all of my bridesmaids and flower girl dresses, given me awesome advice along the way, and got everything done on time! I know I had to worry her with all the last minute changes, but she handled everything like a true pro, and the price was a fraction of what other places told me. I'll never go anywhere else!

Cannot follow simple instructions. Does not care if bride is happy with the outcome of her wedding dress and rude.

I'm extremely angry, disappointed, and heartbroken over my experience with Anna's Alterations. I dropped off my wedding dress on April 22 with two different promised completion date that came and went -- it wasn't ready until June 26, more than two months later.

One of the most frustrating parts is that I specifically asked to have the scraps from my dress returned because I wanted to have a shirt made. I followed up with a message on Facebook asking about them -- not only did she ignore me, she blocked me. When I went back to the shop to ask in person, she claimed "you have to tell me when you drop it off." I did tell her, and she still threw them away.

I picked up the dress on June 27, and after paying $325, it still doesn't fit correctly. The top is loose in the bust and falls off my shoulders. When I pointed it out, she brushed it off and said, "It's fine, just use some double-sided tape."

This was my wedding dress, and I trusted her with something incredibly important and personal. Instead, I was left feeling dismissed, disrespected, and out a lot of money. I would never recommend Anna's Alterations -- especially not to any bride.
