From our very first call, we knew we were in great hands—Angela was warm, professional, and knew our venue so well, which instantly put us at ease. We also had her photograph our rehearsal dinner, and it was such a great decision—it helped us feel completely comfortable with her before the big day.

On our wedding day, Angela captured every photo we had hoped for—within the exact time frame we discussed. She arrived on time and got right to work, helping keep our day perfectly on track without ever feeling rushed. Thanks to her, we actually got to enjoy our cocktail hour with our guests! The previews we've seen so far are absolutely stunning—Angela has such an artistic eye and made both us and the beautiful scenery around us look incredible. Her assistant was also amazing, catching the most heartfelt candids and always being nearby to snap quick shots with friends and family throughout the night.

As someone who works in the wedding industry, I have the privilege of working with a ton of talented vendors, including photographers! That said, I have known I wanted Angela Renee to photograph my wedding since I first began working with her 6 years ago. She is professional, kind, efficient, and so artistic. Throughout the process, we were confident she understood us as a couple and our vision for the wedding. Leading up to our wedding day, she was communicative and supportive, staying in touch about important details and even giving guidance on wedding questions apart from photography. Seeing Angela on the wedding day was like having an old friend visit to take care of and celebrate us - comforting, exciting, and safe. Angela made us feel unselfconscious taking photos in public (not an easy feat), at home in our bodies, and seen in our relationship. Angela and her assistant collaborated seamlessly with other vendors, it almost felt like they were guests we got to party with. And the photos! The photos themselves captured our day spectacularly - they are bright, joyful, intimate, candid, and very much "us." We're excited to be able to treasure those memories for a long time to come.

We spent a lot of time selecting our wedding photographer because the look and quality of the photos mattered a lot to us. We wanted someone who would make works of art, not just documentation of the day. At the same time, we didn't want the washed-out or overly color-saturated wedding photos that we had seen many times before. Angela's work jumped out at us for its artistry and its naturalism. She is a consummate professional who cares deeply about her craft and her clients' satisfaction. On top of this, Angela is approachable and down to earth in a way that made us feel comfortable and relaxed--a quality that also comes through in her stunning photographs. We can't say enough great things about Angela and her team! Hiring Angela was the best money we spent on our entire wedding. Period. She is simply unmatched, both in her craft and as a person. We are obsessed with our photos and Angela is the dream! A few weeks before our wedding, we met Angela and had an absolute blast doing our engagement photo shoot with her. It was such a special experience for us; she made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and took unbelievably gorgeous pictures that we're in love with (and we historically haven't loved our pictures together!). We were introduced to Angela by Jen, our wedding planner at A Fresh Event. As creatives, and despisers of the conventional, if we were going to invest in someone to document the most important day of our lives so far, my husband and I wanted someone who could tell our story in the most beautiful way possible. As soon as we saw Angela's work, we fell in love--the compositions, the lighting, capturing the mini moments that matter--telling the story of the beautiful souls captured in those shots. Once we met her (via zoom), it was a done deal--Angela is so cool and down to earth, has impeccable taste, and is the supermom that I one day aspire to be. Then, the day of, the gloves came off, and she got down to business. I cannot even begin to thank her for all the hard work it took to work within our timeline, and getting us images and lighting she knew would work best. Her second-shooter, Chrissy, was awesome!!! Super friendly and fun to be around, getting everyone relaxed and having a good time. We are so, so thankful. What a team.
