After climbing the corporate ladder in the fashion industry, I realized that I loved the photoshoots most! I went back to school for photography and love the versatility this profession has to offer! At the Art Institute of Philadelphia I focused on fashion photography but the city winters were too long and too cold. After a 10 month round-the-country adventure in a 1973 RV, my husband and I settled here in Wilmington where we have the perfect balance of summer and winter as well as beach and downtown. I love to bring a fashionable aspect to my wedding and portrait photography but the RV trip taught me a lot about the journalistic approach so you'll get those great pinterest worthy directed set-ups as well as the candid images that can only be captured when you stand back as an observer.

When I'm not shooting, I'm baking cakes with my husband at our other business, Cape Fear Rum Cake, or taking endless photos of our son Oliver and our boxer Rudy.
