Historically, I never like having my hair and makeup done professionally. I almost never wear dramatic makeup in real life and I always feel like I don't look like myself. Because of this, choosing a hair and makeup artist for my wedding was both challenging and stressful for me. When I contacted Angela, she was super understanding about my concerns. Prior to booking, she looked at my Pinterest boards and sent me photos of her work that she thought I would like. All of her photos are filled with gorgeous, fresh faced brides. She told me her style is "undone yet polished hair look paired with radiant natural makeup... focusing on the skin making it look flawless while still keeping it looking fresh." She also adds fake lashes for added drama without necessarily adding more makeup. I found this to be 100% accurate. She even (for a small extra fee) came down from Grass Valley to SF for my trial. I absolutely loved working with Angela. She was both fun & professional and most importantly, I felt like the best version of myself on my wedding day.
