Amy is an invaluable partner for creating a menu and visual tablescape that will be the centerpiece of your wedding day! The food was incomparable and Amy’s attention to detail, organization, patience and thoroughness was impeccable! Most importantly, the actual wedding evening was simply magical, and I didn’t have to worry about anything. Amy promptly returned every call, patiently answered all my questions, and went above and beyond in every aspect! Her staff were professional, helpful and genuinely nice people! We could not be happier, and all our guests had rave reviews for all the food, from the amazing apps, delicious dinners and crazy, good desserts! Amy, her food, and her team were incredible - the food was delicious and beautifully presented. The hardest part was deciding what to serve because everything looked amazing and unique. Everyone was talking about it for weeks afterwards.

Amy made the planning so easy and stepped in to help with advice and vendor suggestions as well as being adaptable to adjustments and changes. Kids were taken care of too, so no worries for picky eaters. Another stunner was the staff that Amy has on board. Such impeccable service, so friendly and so attentive. ALWAYS listen to her suggestions as she knows exactly what she's doing and cares intently about making it the best possible experience for her clients. She set up bartender service for us as well and the custom drinks and general bar service were so on point and another talk of the party. The waitstaff, bar staff and chefs were talented and personable - so many smiles from the guests and staff, and thank yous consistently from guests (and us!) throughout the entire wedding reception. They were so prepared and it felt like I suddenly had a 5-star restaurant in my home - a challenge in itself to have in a home kitchen, but everything went so smoothly for a headcount of almost 350.

The food really is next level, not standard wedding catering fare. Oh and the desserts! If you have a sweet tooth, get ready. The waitstaff, bar staff and chefs were talented and personable - so many smiles from the guests and staff, and thank yous consistently from guests (and us!) throughout the entire wedding reception. We were able to truly enjoy the night, enjoy the delicious food and drinks, and spend time with our guests - no need to check in with Amy except to tell her how great it was going. She was there all night keeping things running and making sure we were happy, even though she had a very capable team - such a personal investment in the events she works on.

Stop looking for a caterer and pray that Amy has availability on your date - you'll have a guaranteed success and wonderful memories forever.

Amy and her team catered my wedding in September 2023. I am not exaggerating when I say they were our event's heart and soul. The food was AMAZING, the staff was extremely attentive, friendly, and on top of everything. They really exceeded our expectations. Everyone loved the food and they also did such a great job with decorations! It really elevated the event.

Amy and I met via Instagram. I was really nervous about finding a caterer because we had lots of dietary restrictions to deal with (needing to eat gluten-free for medical reasons, food allergies, and vegan guests attending). Most caterers I talked to prior said they could make gluten-free food, but when we started talking about what that really means to be celiac-safe (no cross-contamination, etc.) they quickly backed out. When I found out that Amy has catered multiple weddings for brides with celiac disease, I knew she was the one for our wedding. Amy was extremely thorough about the ingredients she used and we double-checked a lot of products together to make sure they were ok to use. It made me feel really safe and I was free to enjoy my day without worrying about health issues.

My goal for the wedding was to show all my friends and family that living with dietary restrictions doesn't have to mean missing out. And we 100% achieved that. Just to name a few dishes, we had salmon in a cajun honey cream sauce, a spread of grilled veggies, fish tacos, portobello mushroom fries, fresh spring rolls, gluten-free salted caramel chocolate bread pudding, mini key lime pies...So lush and all gluten-free, soy-free, nut-free, plus some vegan options! Everyone LOVED the food. My vegan guests even said her mushroom dish was the best they ever had. Everything was so fresh and delicious. I could go on and on about it.

I've heard that most chefs pop in for 30 min then leave. But Amy was there for the whole event, making sure everything ran smoothly.

Hiring Amy and her team was the best decision. She is so gifted and truly cares about her work. I can't recommend her enough. It was truly perfect.

I want to give Amy 100 stars. Some of the best food I’ve ever had-our wedding guests were talking about the food nonstop. But she’s also extremely great to work with and so kind. Easy to communicate with and just made it so easy for us. I hope anyone having a wedding will hire Amy!

Amy and her team are truly the best of the best! Not only is her food some of the best I've ever had, but my guests are still talking about it 3 months later! Her team was so kind and professional and took care of our guest and my husband and I by bringing us snacks wherever we were during the night. Amy is so kind and funny and stayed with her team until midnight to make sure everything was perfect. I would 10000x recommend Amy and her team. Amy and her team are incredible! My wife and I hired them for our backyard wedding and we cannot wait to have another event so we can have them cater again. They worked with us to accommodate everything. While speaking on the phone, as soon as Amy said "you have a perfectly good kitchen at your house, why should we pay to set up another kitchen outside or in the garage" or something along those lines, we were immediately sold. From that conversation, to the tasting we did (which was affordable and an incredible in home fine dining experience), to the event itself; every step of the way was made incredible because Amy and her team were so on top of everything. Speaking of the event, the food was impeccable. Everything was vibrant and fresh. I can't emphasize just how many compliments we had on the food. The salmon was cooked on site and filet mignon was finished on site to ensure the highest quality during service. Our salad and sides were also incredible. The attention to detail and her incredibly swift and friendly staff are what set Amy and her crew apart from the rest. The set up was elegant and beautiful and they even stayed to clean up after! The kitchen was spotless afterward and the staff helped clean up plates and cups outside after the party.

We hosted our Mending Kids annual gala (at a wedding venue). It was our first in-person event in two + years. Amy was great, patient, listened to a whole slew of committee members with needs, wants, and culinary opinions, and came up with a delectable menu and turned it into a stunning thematic evening; bonus: she honored our budget! The Honey Poached Apricot and Goat Cheese Salad was ridiculously delicious. Friends were calling me days after the event to remark on everything we ate. Truly cannot say enough great things about Amy's Culinary Adventures. First off, her food is SO GOOD. All of our guests went out of their way to mention it to us. Amy herself went absolutely above and beyond as a caterer. She really seemed to want to make sure that everyone present enjoyed themselves. If you are in the market for a caterer, don't think twice--book Amy's Culinary Adventures. She made everything easy, fun, and DELICIOUS.

Amy catered our wedding and was absolutely wonderful at every step in the process. The bartenders and catering staff were lovely, and the food was outstanding; friends and family have been raving to us ever since. Every salmon I've ever had at a wedding was dry as cardboard; Amy's was delicate and delicious.

Amy was flexible and and reliable, and we really felt like Amy brought not just her professionalism, but her creative, artistic self. And most importantly? Every bite was tasty. I truly can't recommend her highly enough.

Amy and her staff are amazing and always deliver top service. I cannot recommend them enough. I have worked with Amy on a handful of occasions the past couple years in the Event industry. Most recently, this August of 2020 my sister got married in a backyard COVID-19 style wedding. It was not the wedding my sister had anticipated having a year ago when she first started planning. In fact, the wedding was almost canceled altogether, but fortunately we were able to make it work. The month before the wedding it was decided that the wedding would continue, only under a change of venue and with the guest list cut severely down. I instantly knew to contact Amy right away for this, as there is nothing Amy can’t do. She helped walk my mom and sister through it all. Her staff was so helpful and very detail oriented. The food looked gorgeous (Amy is known for her artistic displays), and tasted even better than it looked. If you are planning an event, GO WITH AMY!
