I had such a great experience with Angel from Amy H Makeup for my wedding! Angel was so patient and took her time with all the little details. I initially thought the makeup was a little heavy, but it photographed beautifully and looked amazing on the day. She even made my eyelids look even with eyelid tape! My hair also turned out exactly like my inspo picture. I was so happy with everything and felt beautiful all day. Amy was also amazing with communication and was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. Highly recommend!

If you are budgeting for hair and makeup, I would recommend saving at least $1,200. Starting price is $675, excluding Bridal Trial and tipping and if you’re including more women, such as moms and your bridesmaids.

But please don’t fret! Amy H Makeup is very communicative and very upfront about her pricing. In my experience, I had aid from my mother to help with the costs. I will say after my experience with Amy, she’s worth the price! Her work accentuated my beauty. I felt like a princess on the biggest day of my life.

I highly recommend her and I’m thankful my wedding planner referred me to her. She did a job well done!

It was a challenge to find someone who would offer bridal makeup only. Amy was so lovely and had great communication. Her work is truly stunning! Every product she used was very light did not look cakey did not feel cakey and held throughout the entire wedding day.
Amy has such a wonderful calming energy, which was so nice for the morning of the wedding. I truly felt so beautiful and I’m grateful that I used her company.

Amy did my hair and makeup for my wedding, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the start, she was incredibly professional, organized, and attentive to every detail. She and her team managed to complete hair and makeup for me and my five bridesmaids smoothly, and we even had extra time before leaving for the venue, which made the day feel so relaxed. My look turned out absolutely perfect—exactly what I had envisioned. Even more impressive, my hair and makeup lasted flawlessly through the entire 12-hour day without needing any touch-ups. Amy made me feel confident and beautiful, and her calm, friendly presence was such a gift on a busy day. I loved working with her and I will absolutely be using her services again for future events.

I was not a rich bride. I was not willing to pay $1000 for only my bridal makeup and hair because it was just not in the budget. I felt so lucky to find Amy H and her team as they gave very fair pricing for bridal and bridesmaid makeup and hair and perfectly executed the vision on for me and my bridesmaids on wedding day. We gave inspiration pictures to Amy's team and were all very happy with the results.

I did a trial with Amy initially where I tried a completely different look and ended up changing it, and she was super understanding and kept checking in with me to make sure I liked my makeup and hair. The trial is not included in the initial price for wedding makeup, but I highly recommend doing one trial with Amy's team to make sure you can make adjustments for your wedding day.

Amy and her team showed up on time to my mother's house, came with their own chairs and equipment, and were all super sweet. We had one bridal, 4 bridesmaids, and 1 mother of bride and finished within 3.5-4 hours.

I'm so glad Amy was my makeup artist! I wanted to look better than usual, but not so drastically different on my wedding day. Her fun-spirited energy, flexibility, and supportive attitude was just what I needed. Her rate was more reasonable than some of the bigger vendors and she has a lot of experience, so she's nimble, resourceful, and really gets how stressful the wedding planning process can be, which is so helpful. During the trial session, she tuned into my worry/indecisiveness and made it okay to pivot when eyeshadow colors weren't quite right for me. She really prioritizes your comfort and personal preferences- above all else. Amy also "coached" me with suggestions to get my skin ready for the big day.
On the wedding day, my bridesmaids were very satisfied with her and her team's services. Her staff was collaborative, easy-going, and warm. And they brought good music to jam to, too! It was a lovely experience. I highly recommend Amy H and her team.

Amy did a trial and then my bridal makeup and the makeup for my mom and two sisters. We all loved working with her and the results. She's extremely responsive on messaging and organized. Her artistry is really amazing - she took our inspiration photos and cues around looking natural and really got us looking and feeling our best. And she was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end.

Amy was such an amazing artist to work with! She and her team were so knowledgeable and friendly as they did hair and makeup for my bridesmaids and I, and we couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out. Everything stayed perfectly in place the whole day and we all felt beautiful!
