Amy Gibson Photography is a wedding photography business based in Wyandotte, Michigan. While this business is based in Michigan, travel to destination weddings can also be accommodated. Amy, the owner and lead photographer, originally started pursuing photography back in 2010. A few years later, in 2015, she graduated from the New York Institute of Photography with a degree in professional photography and business. Whether she is shooting an engagement or a wedding, she always strives to use her photography talent and skills to retell your love story in a beautiful way.
Services Offered
While Amy Gibson Photography does offer various package options, all couples will receive a complimentary engagement session regardless of which they choose. When she shoots, Amy focuses on a warm and golden, film-inspired look. She can provide you with additional hours as well as a second shooter if you need more coverage. She can also shoot formal wedding portraits. The final, high-resolution images are available to you as:

We can't say anything negative about Amy and her skills behind the camera! She was the perfect addition to our vendor team. Amy and her husband Nate bent over backwards for us during our engagement shoot and throughout the day of our wedding, between the bugs, heat and no AC at the venue, they were everything we could've asked for and more! Amy and Nate felt like guests and friends at our wedding, not just another vendor or paycheck. They made the day fun and exciting for not only us as the bride and groom but for our whole wedding party. Amy will without a doubt be our go-to photographer for anything else life throws at us!

Exceptional
I reached out to Amy through recommendation, and it was the best decision! I told my fiancé (now husband) at the time, you the thing I was willing to spend the most money on for our wedding was photography. Amy exceeded all my expectations in my vision for my wedding pictures. She does the most beautiful work, and I have her pictures hanging all over my house!! I will recommend her over and over. Simply amazing!!
Amy was the perfect photographer for our engraftment photos and wedding photos. She was so creative and so helpful with all our planning and helping bring our visions to life! People always comment on how beautiful our pictures look. She truly captured our special day in the best way possible. Having her husband as our second shooter at the wedding was a major bonus! The sweetest photographers ever! Thank you Amy!!

Amazing photographer!
We loved working with Amy for our engagement and wedding photos. She was so flexible and responsive which made her a delight to work with. Amy was so helpful with pre-wedding details. She worked with us to create a perfect day-of timeline that worked for us along with our budget. Her knowledge really helped us figure out our timing (which I would have totally ran late if not for her!) Amy was very professional and COVID safe. She was on time and even did some scouting of the location beforehand to find some nice spots for us to shoot. Our photos are beautiful and we’re completed much faster than I expected. We hope to work with Amy again in the future!

Engagement/Wedding - Very detailed
Amy is an amazing person to work with! Her work is amazing and exactly how I wanted my photos to turn out. I love that she shot our engagement photos as this was a great way to get to know her style. It also allowed us as an awkward couple in front of the camera to feel relaxed. The site she uses to showcase your photos is an awesome way to organize all the events that take place during the day. She's a kind and patient professional that always had an answer for me quickly when needed, especially with COVID she was always making sure to help us figure things out. I will recommend her to anyone and hope we can use her more in the future!

Engagement and wedding
Amy was such a pleasure to work with. She did our engagement photos and our wedding photos and we could not be happier. They all turned out so great. She’s very professional and always responded in a timely manner. We had a very big bridal party and she was very patient with us and made it a great experience. Highly recommend her
