I’m beyond thrilled with my decision to work with Julia. She is talented beyond words. The pictures are amazing and capture all the emotions and details of our big day and I’m so grateful to have these memories preserved. Julia is so easy going and professional and made the day relaxed and fun.

Julia is an amazing photographer and her photos of our July 29th Indian/American wedding weekend are fantastic! The first thing that struck me about Julia when we met with her was how sweet and warm she is; she gave us some sweet gifts and asked lots of questions about what we were looking for. When my mom and I met her for my bridal portraits, we fell in love with her and her work. By the time the wedding weekend rolled around I was so glad our photos were in her hands! She and her second shooter Sam captured all of our (many) favorite moments. Included are just a few of our favorites. There are so many more that we are still going through and selecting!

Julia was the BEST decision (besides the groom) that we made for our wedding day!! She was SO accommodating and a JOY to have in town for our special weekend. She was so relaxed and it made for a wonderful experience. My entire wedding party had a blast with her, and our photos are EVERYTHING!! They are more than I could have hoped for, and I am forever grateful for these images. Julia provided an invaluable service and was a delight along the way - from start to finish! I can't say enough good things about Julia and her incredible work!! We used her for our engagement session and wedding and wouldn't have it any other way. First, I was concerned about my husband's lack of enthusiasm when it comes to pictures (he gets this dull smile because he doesn't like taking pics) BUT we had so much fun with Julia and she captured the best pictures I will ever have with my husband and I'm so grateful for that! She is very organized and makes it so simple to make sure you get every picture you want from the wedding so you don't have to think about it the day of. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Julia. Working with her throughout the wedding planning process was by far the least stressful vendor experience I had. She is so attentive, so incredibly sweet and makes you immediately confident that your engagement/wedding photos are going to be phenomenal...and boy did she deliver! I'm so happy to say that Julia has become a friend of mine, not just a photographer. I could not be happier with how our engagement and wedding pictures turned out...I'm in awe every single time I look at them. My husband was iffy about having someone take pictures of us, typical man, but we both felt immediately at ease with her and you can tell in our pictures how comfortable everyone was. Having her with me for most of the day on our wedding day felt like having one more of my girlfriends getting ready with us. It was spectacular. I can't wait to have her capture more special moments in the future.

Not only is Julia an excellent photographer, she's a wonderfully nice person! From the engagement photos all the way through the wedding, she made us feel so comfortable and relaxed. Even though it's not normal to have photographers following you around, Julia fit right in with our wedding party and felt like an old friend just there to capture the memories. Prior to our wedding, I was worried bridal party photos and formals would drag on and on, but she made us laugh the whole time and really made it an experience to remember. We never felt like we were being forced to pose for photos; we were just having fun! Aside from how easy going and wonderful Julia is as a person, she is the most incredible photographer. She has an eye for detail and shoots to capture moments and memories. We are just so happy we were able to have her be part of our big day, because we are sure we won't be able to afford her services in the years to come. We are sure she will remain one of the top names in wedding photography in the Carolinas for years to come. So, if you're considering booking her...DO IT! Our friends and family are so impressed with all of our photos and cannot wait for prints. We are just SO, SO happy with Amore Vita! Did I mention we got our photos back really quickly as well? She was so thoughtful to make sure we had a professional photo right away, which was wonderful for sharing. There's nothing like having to show people cell phone photos when they ask to see your wedding day. Thank you, Julia! We will be recommending you for years to come!

Julia was so wonderful to work with! Not only is she very sweet and laid back, but her work was AMAZING. I cannot describe how many people, both those who attended our wedding and those who didn't, have commented to me how absolutely gorgeous our wedding pictures are. And we agree! What I loved most about Julia's work is that she not only captured hundreds of "beauty" shots of us as a couple, our wedding party, the scenery, and the venue, but she also took amazing candids of our guests throughout the day that captured the joy and happiness of our friends and family. The thought of narrowing our gallery down enough to fit in an album, or narrowing even more to frame, seems impossible! I highly recommend Julia.

I absolutely love Julia and her work. She is so incredibly talented! I really cared about having my photographer catch the little moments and emotions and she did an amazing job!!! Nothing felt posed or staged. It was raining all day and she was so positive and fun to work with, she cheered everyone up and the pictures turned out absolutely incredible!!!! Julia is so sweet, she cares about you as a bride, she helped me clean my dress in the bathroom after all the rain.. :) We are so happy we chose her, we keep looking through our pictures and fall in love with them more and more every day. Excellent experience!!! Julia is professional, talented, and a joy to be around. It is so easy to pose for her photos when you see her smiling face behind the camera. I am 110% satisfied with my choice of photographer. She took amazing shots and also had my photos available to me in such a short amount of time! I would recommend to everyone!
