We are so happy that we found Amy with Amore Coordination! We (the bride & groom) live in Chicago, and planned a wedding in Portland, OR. My mom was able to help a lot with planning since she lives in Portland, but having a professional really helped us feel confident in our decisions and creation of timelines, etc. We ended up choosing the "Endearment" package, as we had already booked all of our other vendors. Even though that means Amy is a "month of" coordinator, she was very accessible and communicative well before the month of our wedding. It was super helpful to have someone in the business to walk through decisions with. On the day of our wedding, Amy and her assistant did an amazing job making sure the day ran smoothly. She made sure we were fed, had quality time alone with just each other, and kept the day moving according to the timeline. We also had a large flip involved from our ceremony to reception, and Amy coordinated that flip with ease. She worked with the caterer and florist to make sure the flip was finished in the very specific allotted time. We couldn't have asked for a better coordinator - we highly recommend!

amy was amazing to work with. she was organized, detail oriented, and always made sure i stayed on top of things. she went above and beyond by touring venues with me, reviewing contracts, and communicating with vendors. she handled everything with so much care and professionalism.

She helped us plan a ceremony for 40 at the Redwood Deck followed by a reception for 120 at our home.
