I really appreciate the commitment Mafe and her team showed since day one, they worked super hard so everything was perfect in our event. My family, friends, and I loved the food and the service. I highly recommend them and will use again.

OHHHH Americaters!!! I just can't say enough good things about Victor and his team. He was recommended by my wedding planner, Michelle Candelaria at Halo Events. Choosing them as my caterer was one of the best decisions I made during my wedding planning process. He was so professional yet totally sweet and down to earth with a great attitude. He prepared a tasting dinner for us so we could sample some dishes before we made a final decision (and believe me it was had to choose as every dish was fantastic) . His recommendations were spot on and all of the food from the hors d'oeuvres, sides dishes, to the star entree were delicious. All of the guests have told me they have never had better food at any wedding they've been to!! His staff was equally as good as they provided excellent service and made sure all of my guests were happy. I would definitely recommend Victor and his team at Americaters.

Americaters made everything so easy! They let us make our own menu and gave suggestions as well. They handled everything from the set up to picking up the ice. What sold me on them was that you can rent the tables, chairs, linens, plates, etc from them too! They made it so easy and the food was wonderful.

Americaters is the best wedding catering company! Our wedding day was beautiful. Victor (the owner of Americaters) was wonderful and readily available to answer any questions and provide great recommendations. He was very professional and made sure that his team worked very hard to exceed our expectations during our wedding. We had tables, chairs, silverware, linens along with the delicious food. His team also had excellent hospitality experience to provide us with great service during our dinner and throughout the day with the bar. All of our guests were happy with their food and alcoholic drinks! He also ensured prompt set-up and clean-up after the wedding was done. Yes, I was a happy bride that day! Americaters is the best caters I have worked with to date and I have worked with many. They are professional, attention to detail. The food was outstanding. The guests keep talking about Chef Victor's Caesar salad and Seafood Paella. He has a unique touch . They are perfectionists and exceeded any expectations. They are one of a kind team. After spending hours searching for a quality caterer in Miami that had prices I could actually afford, I came across Americaters and I am SO glad I did! Their food is spectacular - fresh, savory and well made - and the prices were such an incredible value. I also used them for my table, chair, linen and dinnerware rentals for the reception and my place setting were flawless. They worked with me on my budget and created a menu my husband and I loved. Their staff was wonderful and the service top notch. I would HIGHLY recommend booking this company for weddings or any other events you might be having!!

Going into our wedding, I thought that catering was going to be the biggest issue for us. We come from two diverse backgrounds and we wanted our food to match.

Victor is one of the most caring and professional vendors that I have ever dealt with. he drove hours just to come to our home to meet with us and he was receptive to any and all ideas that we threw out at him. And he also worked within our budget. He sends holiday text messages, and insists that his phone is there for you 24/7. This was the outstanding service that we received from him. I didn't have to worry about a thing when it came to food and linens and chairs.

The food itself was absolutely perfect. We highly recommend the skirt steak and his unique salad and dressing was a hit. Don't hire anyone else, go with Americaters.

Victor and Frank have been part of our planning for 2 years. These guys know how to make your wedding become more than a fairytale! I would have never thought we would have our special day like how we truly envisioned it to the T.

Americaters made my life and wedding planning so easy! They provided everything from food to furniture. I didn't need to look elsewhere for other services and the price was amazing. Victor is wonderful and remains in contact especially during the last few weeks before the wedding. Most of all EVERYONE LOVED THE FOOD. It was truly amazing. They have the great gift of amazing cooking and I really couldn't be more pleased with how everything turned out. I don't live in Miami right now but I can guarantee that I will be using this company from future catering when I do move back.

Where do I even begin? Americaters is the best of the best! Victor and his team are SO incredibly sweet and professional! They strive for perfection and make every effort to make sure your day goes as smoothly as possible. My husband and I had so much rain on our wedding day at an OUTDOOR venue, but despite the weather conditions, Victor and his team made it work! They kept the food warm and the booze flowing! Their staff were DRENCHED from the rain, but still carried on with such a sweet disposition and determination to ensure everyone was having a good time.
