The food was excellent!! Chef Howard and Sharon did a great job with our wedding. They set up on time, everything looked great. The staff was great and I recommend them for anyone having a wedding in South Florida.

Words cannot express how wonderful Chef Howard and Sharon of Catering Concepts are! Sharon walked me through the wedding planning process completely. She has a wonderful personality and loves what she does.They were beyond attentive to my budget and needs and created a perfect menu. My guest are still talking about the chicken with chorizo stuffing. Sharon the "Lechon" was a hit! with my island family. The garlic mash potatoes and the veggie medley to die for...and it wasn't just me. My guests were over the moon for your food!!! Which means more to me than so many other details of the wedding. Concept catering will do thier absolute best to treat you the day of like a princess. After the ceremony and cocktail hour, sharon brought over to our sweet heart table a tray with all our cocktail hour selctions. CRAB CAKES!!! To die for and bruchetta that cannot be described...I could go on but lastly I will just say using Catering concepts was by far the best decision I made for my wedding and only wish other brides get the wonderful treatment that I did.

Catering Concepts was an absolute dream to work with for our beach wedding. Sharon Muriente worked with us to create the most beautiful day while working within our budget. We met with Sharon about 7 months before the wedding and immediately were put at ease knowing we had the best person to assist us with putting together the important details. Sharon booked our food, photographer, DJ, cake, tables/chairs, décor, flowers for the ceremony and reception (except for the bouquets/boutonnieres…per my request), as well as a full open bar. I honestly did not have to worry about a single thing on our wedding day except for being a bride!

We attended a tasting event with Chef Howard a couple of months before the wedding and got a sampling of what we would have at our wedding, including wine. We went with passed hors d’ouevres for the cocktail hour and a buffet dinner with our choice of entrees. Sharon and her staff ensured that my husband and I were able to eat and drink while getting our photographs taken by bringing trays out to the wedding party. Our guests raved about the food and went back for seconds and thirds! We actually sent food home with many of our guests and froze the rest for future meals.

The cake was absolutely gorgeous and consisted of a bottom layer of chocolate and a top layer of amaretto. It was moist and went well with a full coffee / tea station.

The décor was beautiful with purple orchids wrapped around bamboo poles and tiki torches wrapped with flowing fabric to coordinate with the wedding colors for our ceremony. The reception was so gorgeous with extra tall vases filled with orchids, little bouquets of hydrangea and fantastic bark pieces delightfully set with more orchids. We had candles to provide soft lighting and lavender accents…along with some pieces I created myself to bring our purple starfish theme to life.

Sharon and her staff ensured that everyone had enough food, drinks and had the best time ever. They were polite, courteous and very professional. They handled everything from set-up to break down and made sure that our venue looked the same when we left as when we entered.

I would highly recommend Catering Concepts to anyone who wants a stress free event that will be planned to perfection!

Catering Concepts is wonderful. Sharon worked with me and my fiance to find a meal that fit within our budget. Service at the wedding was wonderful and the guests loved the food. The chef even made a couple of trips to the guests' tables, which the loved. I highly recommend!

Recently my husband and I hosted a rehearsal dinner for our son's wedding. We had Catering Concepts cater the affair. They arrived on time and set up a beautiful buffet. The food was amazing! The guest went back for seconds and there was plenty of food for everyone. They will certainly cater my next event.

Since my first visit to Catering Concepts facilities, I became confident with their presentation of the services to be rendered.
Afterward the day of me daughters wedding I was able to be greatly impressed with the profesionalism shown by all the crew members and the quality of the catering products given.
I was also impressed with all the decorations and furnishings they provided us.

Catering Concepts is an excellent vendor. From the beginning to the end, they listened to all my requests. The quality of the food was great and the servers were very professional. They offer a nice sample of their food, which is very important before you make the decision of hiring a caterer.

Great personalization of our menu (every detail including the guava wedding cake!) and place settings/arrangements. Fantastic service and all for a reasonable price. Great value, highly recommend!

The food was amazing and we got many compliments after the fact that guests loved it. No one usually remembers the food at weddings but people remember (and loved) ours. Cynthia was amazing and took care of anything and everything. The entire staff was very friendly. My wedding reception was beautiful, stress free and for the money I got amazing food and service. Would highly recommend and will definitly be using again for other events.
