I also create cakes based on designs brides show me. My specialty is delicate fondant handwork. I import my fondant from England and it truly is the best in the world, both in flavor and texture. There are over 25 flavorings to choose from and each one is designed to compliment the cake and filling flavors of your choosing. Besides the basics (white, chocolate, yellow), I offer my own, by-scratch specialty cake flavors that you can't find anywhere else.
