I had my first fitting with Kandi and she was a doll! She is so kind, positive, and knowledgeable. I felt so comfortable putting my dress in her hands. I am a DD and was concerned about keep a strapless dress up but she was brilliant! I was impressed with the amount of time Kandi spent with me. She is making improving my dress in ways I didn't imagine and all at a reasonable price! So glad I found Amazing Alterations!

They did a great job and were extremely patient. I bought a ballroom sample dress and they brought it in three sizes, took out 2 of the 6 layers, bustled the train, and created straps for me. I later found my mom's dress and they restructured the dress and let out the waist. They specialize in wedding dresses, and have been doing this for decades. Great to communicate with. Hassle-free experience. Highly recommended!

I took my wedding gown to Amazing Alterations after a less than desirable experience with another alteration shop in Seattle. I cannot say enough about Amazing Alterations, they saved my wedding dress by helping me with my vision to have straps added to a strapless dress. I always knew my wedding gown would have straps but I ended up selecting a strapless dress that I would add straps to. I wanted tulle straps that looked like they belonged. The girl that helped me (I wish I remembered her name) took the time to listen to my vision and created perfection all on her own. Amazing Alterations created the most beautiful straps imaginable, even more beautiful than I could have pictured. I told them what I wanted and they delivered. The best money I spent on our wedding.

I bought a plain white formal halter dress from online and took it to Amazing Alterations to have them fit it to me and then do some additions to "glam" it up! They did a wonderful job! They added white cap sleeves, rhinestone beaded trim, and took in the waist. They additionally did ironing of my dress and veil. I added the sash and pin, and I wish I would have asked them to secure it with actual stitching instead of just a pin, because it came off after about six hours of wear (thankfully an easy fix!). Everyone thought my dress was beautiful! I couldn't have asked for a better result!
