Horrible Experience
Horrible experience.
The Owner/Seamstress (Heather Gabriel) destroyed my wedding dress and did nothing to rectify the situation. Not only did she NOT make the agreed upon alterations, she admitted to damaging multiple areas of the dress (holes in the lace, tears in the sleeves, bunched seams) during her process. She admitted to calling a more experienced seamstress to see if the damages were repairable, and upon learning the damages were in fact not repairable, she said she "covered the damages up in lace"; this made the dress look awful. After respectfully requesting a refund for the cost paid for her "services", as services were not rendered and the dress was returned in a damaged condition, she refused. I was then out an additional cost to an expert seamstress to try to repair the damages made by Heather Gabriel.
This is not how a business should operate. Incredibly disappointed in this entire experience.
