I am so grateful that my first, and best, decision was to get to work with Amanda as my wedding coordinator. From helping me select vendors through implementing the rain back up plan, she was with me every step of the way. There are so many details to keep track of and I could not have done it without her. She made my wedding day stress-free for me. Thank you Amanda!

Amanda was so helping the month before and made sure we stayed on time with payments and final confirmations. She was spectacular for the day of as there was so much to do! Would recommend her to anyone I know getting married!!

My day was absolutely perfect and I have Amanda to thank for that. From day 1 she was spectacular- whether it being the ease of communication or answering any questions. Getting closer to the date of our wedding she was so organized and kept me in the loop about everything she was doing and who she had contacted. She didn't give me one thing to worry about and made my life as a bride so easy. She went above and beyond on the day of the wedding, making sure everything was running smoothly and everyone was where they needed to be. All night long she was by our sides making sure we weren't interrupted too much during dinner and getting us anything we needed. I can't thank her enough for making our day so special and easy.

I had the pleasure of having Amanda be my day of coordinator for my wedding on January 30th. Really, she started working with me a month ahead of time so she could get in touch with all my vendors and create a timeline. She was super easy to get in contact with (just had to text her) whenever changes were being made and she handled it SO WELL.

The day of the wedding, I seriously had to worry about NOTHING. She handled it all! I just got to enjoy my day with my husband and have fun with my guests!

I think it is super NECESSARY to have a coordinator for your wedding, so you and none of your family/friends have to worry about a thing! Amanda is the one to go to hands down!

Because I was relocating to St. Louis, I needed to find a wedding planner to help my parents with all the planning. And Amanda did all of that! She kept constant communication with me through text and email. Along with meeting with my parents monthly. When my now husband and I had to postpone our wedding due to COVID-19 Amanda was there to help reschedule new date with vendors and update contracts. The day of the wedding Amanda took care of all the setting up and breaking down with vendors. She even took care of minor mistakes without me knowing! I’m so happy I wasn’t stress on our wedding day and was able to enjoy the wedding!

Amanda was a lifesaver in the weeks leading up to our wedding! She took so much off of my plate and made sure all of our moving parts meshed perfectly! We are so grateful!

Amanda was absolutely amazing throughout the whole wedding planning process. We hired Amanda as a day of coordinator, and from the moment we met her, we were excited to work with her. She was such a fantastic resource while hiring other vendors. During the month prior to the wedding, she contacted me frequently to make sure everything was going well and to offer up assistance. On the day of the wedding, she was ready to go and handled everything. She set up a photo booth, worked with all vendors, and made sure that the day went on without a hitch. I highly recommend Amanda... do yourself a favor and hire a day of coordinator!

When I first met Amanda I knew she was going to be my wedding coordinator. She was so interested in me and my vision for our wedding and stayed closely in touch with me throughout our process. Every time I had a question she was so gracious to answer it and you know how Brides can be. On the day of the wedding she was more than available for anything that I needed or wanted and was so professional with her handling of any situation. She was there at the venue before I got there and stayed long after I left to clean up. I recommend that you choose Amanda. She was a true gem.

When I came across Amanda, I thought I had everything figured out, I was more towards the end of my wedding planning journey and I really didn’t see the need to pay someone to come in and mange, when I felt like I had it under control. And no matter how well organized I thought I was, there was NO way I could’ve done it without her. I can honestly say that the day of the wedding and leading up was a piece of cake. As a bride, and with 90% of my guest being out of town, stressing the small stuff was something I didn’t want to deal with. The day of the wedding was me and my bridesmaids getting ready, enjoying the day, and completely worry free because I knew no matter the request or what came our way, Amanda would take care of it. I even had time for a massage the day of btw!!! She was prompt, well organized and really took the lead. She was the best hostess for my guest and made sure she and I were on the very same page from day one. She took care of him bigger issues and the tiny things I didn’t even think about. She was there whenever I needed her and was always a phone call or text away. She’s super personable and once again, one of the best parts of my wedding. She was worth every penny and completely reasonable. Above all else, she’s a friend. She was someone I could be completely and utterly honest with and no matter what I asked of her, she got it done.
