Amanda is absolutely incredible! We hired her to help with decorating and details for our big day. She went above and beyond with taking time out to meet with me numerous times. Amanda was so helpful in making sure I had all of the details covered for the day of and she had great suggestions, as well. Her and her partner arrived with ample time to decorate. They came back after the Wedding to collect all of our items and help them until we were able to pick them up the following week! We would recommend her services, in fact her services are a must for either decor or as a day of coordinator!

It was so wonderful to have Amanda by my side throughout the wedding planning process. She offered important advice and helped to prepare us for all the little details I never would have considered on my own. Having Amanda as my planner made me feel so confident and relaxed on my wedding day because I knew I wouldn't need to worry about anything. Hiring Amanda as my wedding planner was the best decision I made (other then marrying my husband!). Amanda is so talented - she has great taste and wonderful ideas - and is such a pleasure to work with. When I hired Amanda I was living in NYC, but moved down to Miami after getting engaged. When I was located in NY, I visited Amanda's office where she put together a few ideas for a place setting based on my pinterest board. Wow, I was so blown away by her ability to pick up my vision for the wedding from a few pictures. I was nervous about the decisions that came with planning a wedding, but with Amanda's help everything came so naturally and easy! After my move, Amanda was an even more valuable resource and navigated the difficulties of planning a wedding remotely. I came up for one weekend before my wedding with my husband, and Amanda spent the ENTIRE Sunday with us - meeting with our vendors and answering all of our questions. She was organized and on top of all of our requests. Amanda also provided AWESOME recommendations for other vendors, including hair, makeup and flowers that were perfectly on point. Amanda works with Adrianne, who is also talented, hardworking, sweet and professional. The day of the wedding Amanda and Adrianne were on top of EVERYTHING . Adrianne was with me the whole day - she made sure I was hydrated, that I was taking my medicine (seriously!), that my lipstick was reapplied, and that I was having a stress-free and fun wedding day. I really can't say enough positive things about my experience with Amanda and Adrianne. The details of the wedding (from our welcome bags to a cider and donut bar) were beautiful and perfect. They truly brought my vision to life!! To top it off, Amanda bought my husband and I a special wedding cake from Tate's Bakery (which she knew was my favorite) which she had in our wedding suite when we returned from the party. Amanda is talented, professional and thoughtful! Hire her!!

I will never be able to put into words how amazing and thankful we are for Amanda and her partner Adrianne. Planning a wedding 1200 miles away from the church and venue was not an easy task. Without Amanda's help it never would have been possible. Amanda truly has an art for planning, she put our ideas and thoughts to reality and created the wedding of our dreams. She is an absolute pleasure to work with, sweet, happy, energetic, and organized is an understatement. While planning our wedding Amanda made us feel at ease when things felt over whelmed and put everything into perspective and reality. It was such a relief to have Amanda and Adrianne at my side the morning of the wedding and organizing and taking care of EVERYTHING the day of. Our venue was transformed into a beautiful romantic beach dream come true. Adrianne was with me the whole day from make-up, hair, pictures, during ceremony and reception. Amanda did the decor for our wedding September 22nd 2012 and she was AMAZING. Everything she did at the wedding was even more beautiful than the examples she showed me. She is very talented and very easy to work with. She really knows what she is doing an offered us some very very good advice. Her eye for decor is amazing. I woud show her what I was thinking, or try to explain in (poorly) and she would come back with AMAZING ideas. I can not say enough good things about her. I literally can not say enough good about Amanda and her team at Amanda Barbara Events!!! she was absolutely incredible to work with from beginning to end on our big day and she made every single idea, though and concept a reality. From the details on the custom menu's, over sized seating chart board, our beautiful floating candle and orchid centerpieces she designed for us to making sure our ceremony space was perfect and everything was in it's rightful place! She was timely, reliable, professional and most of all a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her services and know she will make your wedding as perfect as she made ours. Her prices are so reasonable for all the work, creativity and effort she puts into things and I am so glad I had her day to take away all my stresses on my wedding day.
