Melanie was amazing to work with!! She took out engagement and wedding photos! Her attention to detail was amazing. She was able to capture so many amazing moments. We also received the photos back quickly!

Melanie was absolutely amazing to work with as our wedding photographer. Her prices are very reasonable and our photos came out perfect! She took photos of myself and my bridesmaids getting ready, as well as photos of the groomsmen getting ready at a different location all before getting to the actual venue to take photos of the wedding. She has an incredible talent for always being right there to capture the perfect shot without ever being intrusive, you literally forget she's even there. The best part was how quick we had our photos. Getting ready photos were actually on display at our wedding (which guests loved) and we had preview photos within 24 hours, and our whole wedding album in 5 days. I cannot recommend Always in Focus Photography enough!

We cannot say enough gray things about Melanie!! She was absolutely wonderful to work with. So helpful and so nice! Always answered my questions very quickly. She stayed out of the way but still managed to get some amazing shots! We did both our engagement photos and wedding photos with her and both times we got a preview of the pictures that night / next day! We got all 1300 of our wedding photos back in 5 days! We highly recommend Melanie!

The smartest thing I ever did was hire Always In Focus Photography. Melanie was very nice, professional, reasonable, and accommodating. Picking a wedding photographer is hard when there’s so many choices. Melanie offers very reasonable pricing and honestly I don’t think anyone could’ve done a better job (even if I was paying thousands of dollars more). We booked Melanie for 8 hours and it was great. Our engagement photos were included and came out beautiful. The day of the wedding Melanie showed up on time (even though we just had a snowstorm). You never would have known Melanie was even there taking pictures. She was not disruptive to our night at all and got a ton of great shots- both posed and candid shots. My guests all loved that she brought out the tv screen and had a slideshow of some of the pictures already! When the night was over it took about 4 days to get ALL of our pictures (over 900 total)! Melanie was very fast and everything came out great!! We highly recommend booking her for your wedding and if you go elsewhere and/ or spend more on a photographer you’re missing out!

We hired Melanie for our original wedding in October 2020 and when we postponed she was very responsive and was willing to change dates to 2021. We talked to her a few times since we lived in a different state, but she knew exactly what we were looking for. She was on time, very focused and spent a lot of time with me and my bridal party. We were so happy to have her around. She took so many pictures of our special day and was so quick to send them to us so we could share with our friends and family. We had such an amazing day and she helped bring the memories back to us so we could live in the moment! Thank you Melanie!

The review title says it all. Melanie took amazing pictures and had a preview for us less than 24 hours after the wedding ended. She was extremely professional, organized, and responsive throughout the entire process. The photos were beautiful. We wanted mostly candids, and she really came through. Non-invasive but present. 10/10 experience.

Melanie was our photographer for our 9/25/21 wedding. She absolutely nailed it! We LOVE our pictures, and I was floored by how beautifully she captured our wedding. She took pictures of every one and everything!
It was awesome to feel like we didn't miss out on a single detail. Her turn-around time was insanely fast too, we had our entire album available via online link within 5 days!!! Wow!!! She also sent us the first 100 or so pictures the very next day so we could enjoy them immediately (and while we were still riding the wave of happiness and joy!) Highly, highly recommend!

We will definitely recommend her and use her again if needed. She was very thorough with her work, delivery time from when work was performed is impressive.

Melanie was fabulous! She handled the chaos of my Covid wedding very professionally. She captured informal moments that I will cherish forever. Although she photographed EVERYTHING, I hardly noticed her throughout the ceremony and reception. The turn around time for pictures was under a week. I would highly recommend!

Melanie was fantastic!!!! She was very prepared and was right on time. She was the best wedding photographer I have every experienced. She was great at hiding in the background but captured everything and the pictures are amazing! 10 out of 10 she was very friendly and knew what she was doing. She took charge with my HUGE family and picture time went smoothly and we were able to enjoy our cocktail hour! Also, we were married at Longfellows, which is very dark, all the pictures had great lighting! So very please with our experience!
