Gretchen was a dream to work with. Other than a bit of a miscommunication about when my alterations would be completed, it was a perfect experience. She did exactly what I asked for a a price that was a third of what a "chain store" wanted to charge for the exact same service. She was quick and pleasant. I will have her alter any other special occasion dresses that I may need.
