We were genuinely excited to work with Aloha Tati Photography because we loved the portfolio. Unfortunately, our experience before the wedding was extremely disappointing.

Communication was excellent until the initial retainer had been paid. After that, communication became increasingly difficult. Emails often went unanswered for long periods, and every update required multiple follow-ups from our side. We repeatedly tried to schedule a planning call, but no appointment was ever confirmed, and our questions remained unanswered.

After we raised our concerns about the lack of communication, we received an apology and were told things would improve. Unfortunately, the same pattern continued. Our follow-up emails again went unanswered, including our proposed planning date and requests for basic recommendations that would have helped us continue planning our destination wedding.

At that point, we no longer felt confident trusting such an important day to someone who was so difficult to communicate with. We therefore decided to end the collaboration months before our wedding.

When we requested a refund of the retainer, we were referred to the contract stating that the retainer was non-refundable. Despite the circumstances and the communication issues, there was no willingness to offer any accommodation or compromise. As a result, we lost more than €1,000 without receiving any photography services.

This review reflects our personal experience. If consistent communication and reliability are important to you—especially when planning a destination wedding—we cannot recommend booking Aloha Tati Photography.
